Rooftop Kazbegi — Hotel in Stepantsminda

Stepantsminda, also known as Kazbegi, is an excellent location to visit in order to take in the breathtaking view of Mount Kazbek and to see the Gergeti Trinity Church. Indeed, when I am able to have all of them from the serenity of my bed through the window of Rooftop Kazbeki, where I feel welcomed with a pleasant and comfortable touch from the moment I enter inside. ||The receptionist is quite attentive and helpful. I was on a trip that lasted for fifteen days and had rather big luggage, but when I checked in, the staff did not hesitate to lend me his hand to manage my belongings while landed on the third floor without a second thought. I booked my stay ten days in advance, only to be informed on the day of check-in that the hotel couldn’t accommodate me. They initially claimed there were issues with the rooms that would take a few days to resolve. However, they later told the platform’s customer service that they were fully booked but that I could check in the following day. Their lies quickly unraveled, especially when I discovered similar situations on Google Maps, where other guests were given the same excuse to cancel their bookings. I would like to ask, what reputable hotel, knowledgeable in hotel management, would send a single message on the day of check-in (a Friday, when many hotels are fully booked) asking the guest to cancel their stay without specifying any clear reason, simply stating there were ‘room issues’ (an excuse you have also used with other guests before), and without offering any solution? It seems that only after I reached out to the platform’s customer service to ask if both days of my reservation were canceled, you realized that I had booked two days. This is evident as your initial message made no mention of how my second day’s reservation would be handled. I booked a mountain view room for both days on Agoda, but your listing didn’t indicate that these rooms were on different floors (one on the second floor and the other on the third). I don’t wish to continue this discussion further and request that you refrain from responding as well. Both sides have made their positions clear. These are factual statements. If what you said is true, I hope you will regularly maintain your hotel facilities and prioritize integrity. I wish you good business.
