There is nothing missing here when you are looking for a hotel for a reasonable price. ||Staff is very open and contributing to the family feeling within the property walls.||Rooms are nicely cleaned on daily basis, are comfortable when you need nothing but to stay over a night and spent some time napping or just relaxing on a small private balcony.||Bathrooms are just resembling the feelings from the rooms.||In this case it is not about staying in a finest hotel ever here in Goch, most definitely you are not here because of a hotel, but for the old german town of Goch with nice high street enveloped with small boutiques and restaurants. It is a family run hotel and were greeted nicely by one of the older daughters, but as she walked us up to our room the hallway was littered with another daughter's dirty clothes. After they picked them up so we could open our door they notified us that the Internet was not strong enough to work in the rooms - the only place we could get a signal was in the bar. I must say our room was large, nice, and very clean. However we were woken in the middle of the night to a loud argument between the father and one of the daughters- the yelling and stomping went on for quite sometime. It was highly uncomfortable to just be in the room. Even with my noise cancelling headphones I was rather uncomfortable. I am a travelling worker. I work through the weekends due to the nature of my job. The hotel must communicate this factor before they take bookings from business'. It's a conflict of interest to take money from customers to sleep in your hotel and to take money for private parties at the same time and then blast music which shakes the walls of the hotel until 1/2am at night.
