Summary: Enjoyed my stay and mainly remembered great breakfast and the modern look of the Niu Brass hotel.
Elaborate review: Went for a business event in Munich a couple days and ended up staying at the Niu Brass. When checking in at the reception I had a lesser enthousiastic employee who spoke minor english. It was tough to understand each other which is not suitable for the level of the hotel. However, the rest of my stay all employees were great in terms of english and friendliness. Even made private conversation with a couple. Furthermore I was unfortunately surprised that the Chromecast option on the TV which is advertised on the website was apparently not working. The same receptionist was not very helpfull with this issue.
Furthermore the looks of the hotel and the room is amazing. Very modern and slick with features in the room such as an invisible speaker implemented in the furniture. Only things I missed was a decent desk, this room had NONE. Eventhough it was advertised as a business hotel. And also a mini fridge. But on the other hand their housebrand washing soap smelled immaculate.
Breakfast was really good. Simple but wide continental breakfast with everything you would want and expect including lots of yoghurt options, fresh fruit and sausages/meatballs with eggs.
Last but not least the hotel has a great private parking lot under the ground. This works great with your room card but has three downsides for me. First is that the exit port is next to a wall. Meaning if you have an extra long car or a van or something it is almost impossible to make this bend. I drove a Peugeot 3008 and it was quite difficult each morning. Glad I had front parking sensors. Also, the parking spots which are iron plateau's that I think can be raised or lowered were quite small. I could never fully open my doors when leaving or entering the car. Lastly is that in this day and age I think a minimum of 2 spots should be dedicated to electric charging but this was not the case.
So, in the end a lot of tips and improvements for the hotel but in general I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider...

But that’s okay. |There is a chrome-cast option on the tv menu. But unfortunately no chrome cast installed at the backside of the tv. ||If you planning on coming by car I would highly recommend to look for a different hotel. Parking is a nightmare and something shady is going on. After reading the reviews I saw a lot of comments about the limited space in the parking garage. Since we were arriving early (16:00) we took a shot and booked the hotel anyway. Requested parking at time of booking, received a nice response that the rate is €9,99 per night an based on availability. No reservations possible. So fair enough. When we arrived at the hotel we found out ‘surprise surprise’ that the parking was full. We found a place elsewhere and had to walk quite a bit as there are very limited parking options in the direct area. |After check-in I had to take a look at the parking garage. The garage is quite spacious and there were 14 empty spots. Also it looked like there were little lifts to lift the cars and create even more spots (not sure if this works). So it looks like there is a standard sign on the intercom that the garage is full but even though there are still places… but why?? You would think they like to get the parking revenue right… If someone knows please share but something is off here. I checked the next day. And still the same sign that the garage is full and now even more spots available. ||So if you are traveling by car I would highly recommend to book elsewhere. If you don’t then defiantly book this hotel as the rooms and vibe are amazing! Also quite easy to take the U-Bahn into the...
