Best Western Premier Novina Hotel Regensburg — Hotel in Regensburg

We had a short one-night stay in the twin suite located on the first floor, viewing towards the entrance/street, of this lovely Best Western. Check-in with reception was very organized and welcoming, and also helpful around all questions.

We enjoyed the complimentary coffee pods for the machine in the room. Water and what I believe was Apple Spritzer could be found in the rooms small fridge.

Amenities included the usual expected shampoo, shower gels etc but also bath salts for the excellent bathtub facing a TV that really stood out after a long day of travelling - especially since it fits two.

There is a bar on the ground floor and a restaurant that serves a reasonable priced menu, also via room service. Some snacks can be bought right at the reception.

The place is very clean and well looked after.

The continental breakfast offers everything you'd expect and was included in our room's rate (though that might vary for other rooms).

Parking in the underground car park is currently 9 euros a night. A WiFi password was provided on check-in and its signal was strong throughout...

Location of hotel is good when you need a stop during your roadtrip. However, when we first arrived I didn’t feel very welcomed by the host with the ‘Vibe or Die’ tattoo on his neck. I don’t have anything against tattoos even though the appearance don’t really match the high quality service they claim to have but he wasn’t welcoming nor friendly. He was very uninterested and even somewhat arrogant. He came to us with “Check-in?” without even making eye contact.. BW, do something about this behaviour? Besides that, the room is okay even though we booked a 1 big bed and we got a 2 single beds. Further just average. Then the dinner: is was a huge disappointment. First the food came very slow because they were busy. Then we ordered a cocktail as well and it came when we almost finished our food with the reason ‘we have difficulties making the drink’. When we drinks came, I understood that they don’t know how to make cocktails at all,...

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff are friendly, and the room was clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection in their buffet. ||While my husband was at a conference, the lovely Nicole on Reception helped me plan my trip to the Old Town by bus. It was extremely simple and the hotel is perfectly situated with a bus stop right outside. The buses here are excellent. |Nicole also came to the rescue when my phone charger died providing me with one to borrow until I could buy a new one, and once again, she got me a late check out so I wouldn’t have to wait for a couple of hours in the lobby.
