We stayed in Whistler in June, welcomed by beautiful view and friendly, wonderful hosts. We enjoyed looking over the village the moment we woke up and hung out on the balcony after a long day of e-biking and hiking. ValleyViewInn is conveniently located within the walking distance from the center of the village, the public pool is about five minute walk. Also child-friendly, lots of outdoor toys to keep them busy outside. I would love to come back in the winter, hanging out in the sauna room and sitting on the heated bench seem ideal after all-day skiing! Ski equipment storage is provided on the ground floor for all to access.

Eine Woche Urlaub die Berge im Sommer genießen, das war unser Ziel. Im "Valley view Inn" ist der Zusatz "Your second Home" buchstäblich Programm. Sehr freundliche und ehrliche Gastgeber, hilfreich ohne aufdringlich zu sein...so lernten wir Korin, Karl und die gute Seele des Hauses Cherry kennen. Ein Begüßungskorb mit allerlei Leckereien, für jeden ein Stück frisch gebackenen Kuchen...besser kann der Urlaub nicht beginnen! Jederzeit, sofern notwendig, stehen die Gastgeber mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und die Fotos auf der eigenen Homepage sind nicht geschönt. Unser Appartement "Whistler" war in der Tat wie ein zweites Zuhause für uns. Mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, sogar ein Päckchen Kaffee, Gewürze usw. war vorhanden. Kleine Dinge, aber alle zusammen genommen sehen wir als außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Unser Junior hatte sein eigenes Refugium mit Dusche und WC, und wir, neben allen Räumen ein Spa-Bad mit Wärmebank und - kabine. Das erlebt man auch nicht alle Tage.👍🏻 Wie in der Zimmerbeschreibung zu lesen, verfügt das Appartement über 2 Balkone, von welchen man einen phantastischen Rundumblick (inkl. Kaisergebirge) in die umliegenden Berge genießen kann. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig nur wenige Gehminuten vom malerischen Reit im Winkl-Zentrum mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten. Ein Frei - und ein Hallenbad sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Bis nach Österreich sind es nur wenige Kilometer. Wanderwege, Seilbahnen, und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch nicht all zu weit entfernt. Fazit: Wenn man eine sehr komfortable Unterkunft mit Gäste- und serviceorientierten Gastgebern und zahlreichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten (die man hier alle gar nicht aufzählen kann) in der Umgebung sucht, ist man im "Valley View Inn" definitiv an der richtigen Stelle! Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Woche Urlaub in den Bergen! Wir waren zu viert zum Skifahrer dort und können es nur wärmsten empfehlen- es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war vor offiziellem Check-In fertig, alles sauber und sogar ein Begrüßungskorb mit Obst, Schokolade und Bier hat auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage am Hand am Ortsrand mit fabelhaftem Balkonen in beide Richtungen. Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar, dafür lohnt sich der 10 minütige weg ins Dorfinnere. Die Sauna und Wärmeliege im großem Badezimmer waren perfekt um die Muskeln zu entspannen nach einem anstrengenden und kaltem Tag auf der Piste. Alles war blitzblank und der WLAN Empfang ohne Probleme für drei digitale Uni Nutzer. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar und super nett. Der beheizte Skikeller für Equipment kommt wie gerufen. Durch das kleinere Zimmer bis Doppelbett (und eigenem kleinen Badezimmer mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche) eignet sich diese Wohnung vor allem super für Familien mit Kindern. My family and I had a wonderful trip here! We stayed in the Whistler apartment with a beautiful view and spotless accommodation. The hosts spoke both German and English and were more than helpful to provide information about the surrounding area - there is a children's ski school across the street and a perfect hill for sledging. ValleyView felt more like we were staying with family than in a vacation rental.

The ski hill (German side) was a very short drive from ValleyView. There were also shuttle buses a short walk away that would take you directly to the gondola. The ski runs were perfect for beginners - we took our 2 year old snowboarding for the first time.

Great place to stay! It does feel like a second home for sure. The location is super close to the center of the small town of Reit im Winkl, where you can find different restaurants, shops, cafes and grocery stores. Still the house offers an amazing view to the mountains and is still in a quiet and peaceful location. The apartments offer a different variety of sizes for individual groups. The rooms are furnished in a charming and cozy style, that made us feel very comfortable. It felt more like staying in a place owned by friends than a standard hotel room. Our 3 year old also loved the big garden with a kids slide and the grown ups can sit in the cozy garden lounge. Absolutely...
