A Absolutely Appalling Experience - AVOID This Place! I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent dinner at Restaurant Ganesha was so horrific that I feel compelled to warn others. The staff, particularly one in a green shirt, was incredibly rude, arrogant, and outright abusive. We opted for the buffet, only to find the food was completely cold. When we politely asked for hot food, the staff's response was shocking. We were met with extreme misbehavior and told, "if you want to eat food have otherwise go from here." They even went so far as to say, "you are beggars who have come to eat food here, eat as we are serving else go." This is an utterly unacceptable and dehumanizing way to treat paying customers. When we reiterated our request, a staff member snatched a plate from one of our group members and then had the audacity to threaten us, saying they would hit us if we made a video. When we asked for a refund for the amount we had pre-paid via our tour operator, they flat-out refused. This establishment provides a truly disgusting dining experience with staff who seem to have no concept of hospitality or basic human decency. One should absolutely never visit this place. Save yourself the frustration, disrespect, and potential danger. A BIG NO FOR GROUPS WHO ARE TRAVELLING...

I've ordered food online from here (about 6 months ago) and it was not bad at all. I thought I'll visit the restaurant with a friend and expected the same quality of food and service, only to be highly disappointed.

Despite explaining in detail the level of spicyness and so on, neither did the food taste indian, nor was there a hint of heat in any of the dishes. Most of them were simply soaked in tasteless tomato puree. None of the dishes were anything remote to what indian food tastes like. I do not recommend it.

The service was equally poor. We waited nearly 40 minutes for the food to arrive. After we finished eating, we requested them to bring the bill soon because we needed to be somewhere. We prompted them politely twice but 55 minutes later, still no one brought the bill. We went in again and requested the bill again. After waiting another 10 minutes, we finally were able to pay and leave. Absolutely atrocious...

The most horrible service one could get. Lunch was orders at 13:30 and was delivered at 15:45. till then we had to start cooking snacks at home with limited resources. Food was spoiled, samosas were rotten fried many times and pakoras too were rotten and full of oil because of repeated frying. Rice was not at all delivered, no spoons were given. We returned snacks just like that. Later realised naan were so hard and just a few out of 120 pieces ordered. Rest were hard roties. We had to cook rice and roti 16:30(lunch) For our guests.

We had orders dal makhni but we’re given dal fry ☹️ Ordered kadai paneer but were given normal sabji with paneer. Jalfariji was also not as it is usually.
