We stayed for three days at this Hotel with a B&B package which was in line with the very limited competition in this town.||||When we checked in late evening, we have requested a room with a balcony for smoking purpose. The booking and price were made for a double room, however, when we entered our room, it was an extremely small room, with a small bed of 120 cm width, which is for two adults not really suitable. There was not even enough space to open two pieces of luggage at the same time, the bathroom was accordingly same small.||||When we complained next day about it, the receptionist informed us, that we are supposed to get a larger room, but due to our request for balcony, they downgrade us without any information. They even confirmed, that we got a lower category than what we had paid for.||Except shower gel and shampoo there are no amenities at the room, so be prepared for your own stuff.||Breakfast was small but very good. Of course no live cooking, but warm served food was from a good quality. The eastern European young breakfast lady was a really highlight. She is very attentive, friendly, with a great smile and good way to give you a good start into the day. When we gave her our positive feedback and 5 Euro tip, she became shy and red. ||||Parking facilities are...
Read moreBiberach does not have any chain hotels, but this property is probably the closest you would get in the area to a typical hotel (compared to the inns and guesthouses which are more typical in the area).||* The hotel is walking distance (5-10 mins) to the center of town so conveniently located.||* The lobby has a small sitting area and bar.||* There is free wifi in the hotel, but every evening it seemed to stop working for a period of time so it was not entirely reliable.||* The guest rooms were clean but small. The shower was small enough that it was difficult to shower without bumping in to the walls, but the water was hot and pressure was good.||* There was a nice European breakfast in the morning...not a lot of options, but included the typical cheeses, cereals, fruit, etc. It was set up nicely in their dining room which comfortably accommodated all the guests.||* There is a spa on the top floor of the hotel. I did not use it, but did check it out and it was clean and in working condition.||* The hotel does not have the charm that many of the other properties in Biberach have, but if you need a good, clean place to stay while in the area, this is a...
Read moreI wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. During a difficult moment when I was unexpectedly short on funds in a city where I had no contacts, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, allowing me to check in and settle the payment the following day when I was able.
The rooms are immaculate, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its outstanding staff—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The owner, in particular, was incredibly kind, approachable, and accommodating, making my stay all the more pleasant.
This level of empathy, flexibility, and service excellence is rare, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. A truly exceptional stay—I would return...
