Brau Art Hotel — Hotel in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Neckarsulm

We emailed the hotel about secure bike storage as bike tour tourists. Storage is in a hallway off the side entrance that is locked at night. Unfortunately people going out to smoke use this. There's a wide stairway and we could have easily brought our bikes to the large room.|The hotel is pleasantly modern without overdoing it. Nice touches like motion sensor lights in the hallways. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom with a doorless shower. |The 'buts'... |Room overlooked the outdoor area of the restaurant below. With the heat we had the window open and there's a lot of 'conversation' we could hear. I go to bed at midnight and that's when they close but it took another 30 to 45 minutes for things to quiet down. |I slept good after that but be aware the front rooms also face a busy road and the usual loud motorcycle or kid blasting music might be an issue. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room in the back. |No fan! Can we please require hotels without A/C to provide a fan?!?!|We normally never opt for breakfast as we eat little and at 10+ per person isn't worth it. At 6/person it was fair and a good breakfast with some great high protein options. |No decaf. Ok, we're the 1% that shouldn't drink caffeine for medical reasons. It would be easy to have a sign 'decaf on request' even if it is instant and hot water.|Deco in the breakfast room was nice. We booked this hotel due to that there were no other options left. First hotel ever I have booked which has mandatory payment at check-in. I do sometimes pay already at check-in, but this somewhat unfriendly receptionist required it at check-in. I did after one night understand why: 1. Warm water supply was a minimum, gradually got less and less in the morning. 2. The room was not cleaned when arriving at 15:30 the second day, but the cleaner was already entering the room at 8:15 the next day whilst I was showering.Why? 3. There is a building in the room with roof (=bath room). The roof is extremely dusty and unclean. 4. There are cracks in the walls and also other equipment is worn out.|I would never again even consider this option, basically it seems that the hotel management...

Stark Verbesserungswürdig

Erster Eindruck war positiv, der zweite leider nicht. Das Zimmer in dem ich 2 Nächte verbracht habe war ein bisschen schmudelig. Im Bad, welches ein OSB Verschlag mitten im Zimmer darstellt, konnte ich Schimmel in der Dusche mit bloßem Auge feststellen, Haare auf dem Toilettenrand, abgerissener Seifenspender liegt herum und die Handbrause in der Dusche, läßt sich nicht mehr feststellen..... Gemütliches duschen somit unmöglich.

Bei meinem Bett dann leider die nächste Katastrophe..... Die Matratze viel zu weich..... Fast wie Schaumstoff. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert.

Nachdem ich morgens das Hotel verlassen habe, stellte ich beim wiederkommen am Abend fest, das ein Fach Magazin und lustigerweise eine Flasche Cola von mir fehlten. Verschwunden. Gestohlen.... Keine Ahnung.

Das Frühstücksbuffett ist ausreichend, jedoch Verbesserungswürdig.... Kaffee ist zu einfach.
