The most terrible service experience I have ever experienced while visiting Ghana. After lunch my friend left cash but I decided I'll pay with my card to get the points and 5% cashback that is being offered in my credit card. so he said while im doing that he will pull the car up. The gentlemen brought the machine and said it's having network issues before he tried my card . I'm on the network and it's fine. He continue to ask to count the cash on the table, I ask why then he picked up the money and started to count the cash on the table (which is quite embarrassing and why would you touch money that was not given to you), I stated why if I'm paying with my credit card. He then stops , charge my credit card said the system giving problems. Can you get another machine? The system issue is absurd, I've seen that credit card machine use several times. I gave him the cash. The female manager which she was very rude. She gave me the wrong change on purpose, she said she short me on my change because they didn't have change. I was stunned, you short me on my change because the Mariott world class hotel chain don't have change. She then proceeded to say I have to take the short . I said no then she proceeded to ask the waiter to get me change. Now I have ran late for a meeting because of this spectical. I am very shocked regarding the customer service here. I come here often when I'm in the country. I will also reach out to corporate regarding this. I lost out on points and my cashback rewards for this purchase. The waiter at the end said ask what was wrong, im unsure if he know what he did wrong or what his attentions were but it was too much to deal with for lunch. I think he just need more training, the apology did not outweigh the embarrassment to count my money at the table when I'm paying with card I still do not understand. The manager to not tell me she did not have change but purposely gave me the wrong amount without informing me of this . I'll be back to provide an in person complaint as well. The most...

My fiancé and I stayed here and enjoyed our visit. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and very polite during our accommodations. However, the breakfast does leave a lot to be desired and is a bit overpriced per day in my opinion. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

However, I would beware of the "taxi driver" Isaac that is at the hotel. He is very sneaky and charged us 80 cedis for a 5 minute drive both ways (with no waiting) when other taxis in the area charged 10 cedis. (He gave us his contact info to contact him if we needed a ride back). We offered 20 cedis to him (10 going and 10 back) and he said "What is this?" and then said no 40, no I mean 80 cedis when we left the car. We were not aware of the con artist and was told by many locals and friends that he scammed us and purposely overcharged us and that taxi drivers are never that expensive. We reported him to the hotel while he was there and Isaac could not even look us in the eyes because he knew what he did. We told the hotel that we refused to be driven by him for the rest of our stay. DO NOT use him as a driver. (We had no issues with other taxis after this...

This is the restaurant with the worse customer service. It will be my first and last time I will use their services. The Restaurant Manager on duty on 26/3/22, Dorothy, was a mean, condescending and obsequious woman. She made the attendants to my birthday dinner felt like villagers who have just come from the village to eat. She treated my wife who organized the surprise diner with so much contempt with her comments and attitude. Or does she think the white people who patronize their services are better than us her own people? It is not as if we were charged less for service. My advise is the nobody should organized a birthday diner at the place (unless you are white, may be you’d be treated differently). She even told us we have crowded the restaurant m. How?! When we were seated in our space. What nonsense is that. You charged by the number in attendance so why do you say we have crowded the place. She said she was expected us to have left in about an hour and that I ur continuous presence made her lose reservations. I mean how’s that possible for a dinner with about 25 people? In fact there’s a lot I want to write but I don’t want...

Fiesta Business Hotel is a wonderful Hotel situated in the heart of Accra, Ghana. The location is good , near Australian Embassy, just half an hour (max) drive from AIrport. Rooms are big, AC is good. The food is excellent has variety, you can even ask the chef to customize it. Well Price is on a higher side but you can always get excellent deals from online websites. My recommendation is to get a package with breakfast. As you can see from the pics, its fab. Staff is friendly, Uber is available so no problem of commute.....Hotel is at a safe place so no worries on this part. It was a wonderful stay for me...They give free Airport drop as well

Fiesta Residences was the second hotel where I spent one night because the first hotel where I spent 6 nights decided to kick me out. Guess what? Fiesta Residences had me thinking why was I not booked here the entire time? The hotel is intimate, and very tastefully designed. I spend my night in a proper hotel room, but also had the opportunity to wait in an apartment. The hotel room was clean, neatly done and had a lot of character. The apartment was equally tastefully designed and big enough to accommodate a family. I will definitely consider this place first the next time I am in Accra.

This review is for the restaurant The Grillroom. My partner and I were looking for a restaurant were I could have Salmon. What we got was that and so much more. Everything from the time we pulled in was exquisite. The service, selection and food was the absolute best I've ever had in Ghana in the 3 years I've been visiting. It was so good I asked if the Chef could come out so we could compliment him. My partner had the steak. He's not a steak person but completely enjoyed every bite. Don't discount the sides because the garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies were delightful.
