Giorgos Apartments — Hotel in Aristotle Municipality

The location of the hotel is not too long from the stores and restaurants of the village. The rooms are beautiful BUT the people who work there lack of professionalism !!! First of all the receptionist, who made a mistake about the dates didn't even apologise but told us that this was our mistake cause as she said excactly "she never make mistakes". Second, when we wanted to pay we waited for long time and finaly she send as a man who seems to be the gardener and who didn't speak the language well so he barely understood what i was telling him!!! Additionally, they didn't gave me receipt !!! Due to the fact that she made a mistale about the dates i had to wait for an other room to be cleaned even if it was late noon!!! The receptionist was never in the reception and i felt like she was talking to us without respect!!! When i say that in this hotel professionalism doesn't exist i can't be more honest!!!!! I like the rooms but i want to be treated with respect and of course, to give my money to people who know what they do!!!! Apparently in this hotel people do NOT know how to behave !!!!!!! Pluses: Lovely interior. They clean your room everyday and change sheets and towels every three days. Spacious terrace. Great location with one beach super near and a walking distance to supermarkets and a center of the city. Mosquito net is available (but somehow mosquitos get in 🫠). Nice and friendly staff. We received a complementary bottle of homemade olive oil at the end of our stay. 🫶 Parking space right next to the hotel. Our room was very small and not easy to move in. We had an extra, third bed for the third person, but at first we only had 2 chairs, 2 glasses, 2 plates (after asking for it, the owners immediately gave us everything). No shower curtain in the bathroom. The owners and a cleaning lady speak almost no english. There’s a nice coffee place right across the street so it’s very noisy early in the morning and late in the evening from all the people driving motorcycles...

This is a place we'll keep coming back to, and we wouldn't want to change it when it comes to vacations! The hotel is beautiful, excellently located in the more urban part of the island, close to markets, pharmacy, and all the happenings, and on the way to the most beautiful beach, Alikes. There's plenty of parking space available. Above all, it's incredibly CLEAN hotel. Everything is beautifully arranged, to the detail. Looks like in photos and much better alive. Balconies are spacious. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels and bedding are changed, and everything smells wonderful. The owners are lovely and pleasant people, always ready to help!
