INOH HOTEL — Hotel in Athens

I stayed for 2 day in room 304, which was clean and equipped with all basic needs. The staff at the reception really kind and helpful, the maids also smiley, saying “hello”, and they make good job at the rooms. I asked to stay some more time and they let me stay 2 more hours after check-out time for free or else to pay a very small amount to stay till 18:00. In the area there are many poor immigrants around, but no dirty ones or junkies, totally harmless, the area is very safe and quiet. There's supermarket, bakery, and 24h kiosk within 50 meters. Fokionos Negri (pedestrian str full of café and restaurants) in 1 klm. I only had some small issues, the curtains were not strong enough to block the sunlight, thus there was brightness in the room by the sunrise. Moreover there was not any sliding door or curtain at the shower unit, hence the bathroom floor was getting wet. I'd pleasantly stay that...

I saw that no one else had reviewed this hotel and since I've stayed there, I thought I would review it. The location is really the worst thing about this hotel. As a hotel, it's okay. The rooms are large, although not modern, and the bathrooms are of the standard low-budget unrenovated variety. But the location is awful - it's near Plateia Amerikis, which is not close to anything and has plenty of shady characters (probably harmless, but still...) hanging around, especially at night. I stayed there because it was for work and it wasn't up to me, but I would never stay there willingly! There's nothing interesting or worth visiting in the immediate surrounding area either, so you'll be walking the 10 minutes to the metro (Attiki stop) and getting out of there at every...

It is a very nice hotel with a suitable price. The location is among a lively area with restaurants and small shops near to the hotel. The metro station is not far. The people who are managing the place are very kind and helpful. They advised me to go to the coffee shops, suitable shops, places to visit and Information about the transportation.
