Where to start. this place has gotten so popular it's out of hand. Prices are way too high for the mediocre at best food you get, waiting line is insufferable and delivery services refuse to go more than a few blocks down. It took me 9 minutes to get the the nearest jackaroo which is also the one i tried ordering from, each store said out of reach which is insane for being that close to my delivery location.To add to the delivery services being non existent, picking up the food yourself is too much trouble. They had me waiting in a line for people ordering when there was a pick up line right next to it for absolutely no reason even tho i explained how i had my order completed and paid and was waiting to just pick it up. Then after showing the receipt and order confirmation and info i was directed to install an app on my phone for literally no reason at all yet again. Staff was rude and not cooperative at all, food was cold even tho i was on time for the pick up and the quality of the food itself has gone down so much in the last year due to the growth in popularity of the brand. Don't waste your money on some generic fast food, I'd advise you to get something tasteful and better quality than a Macdonald's rip off.... If you're looking for a restaurant that will take your taste buds on a wild ride, Jackaroo is the place to be! I’ve recently become an loyal customer to this joint and let me tell you, their blue mayo is a bit lumpy at times, but who cares when you've got a crispy onion rings between Top Gun! It’s like a symphony in your mouth, the flavors dancing around and making you forget all about that pesky mayo. Same goes to Umami.

And if you're a fan of fries (who isn't?), then you definitely need to add them to your order. They're decently priced and the perfect sidekick to your main dish. But let's talk about the cheese balls and onion rings - they're done fairly and are a great option if you're feeling a bit snacky.

Also, let's talk about the buffalo sauce - it's an actual buffalo sauce, people! So all you mayonnaise faces can order your mayo with sriracha to spice things up a bit. 😅 And speaking of spice, the chicken is actually spicy! This is probably the biggest props that need to be given. And if you're feeling particularly adventurous, you absolutely must try the double fried spicy chicken burger. The food is good. Quality burgers, tasty and juicy. The presentation is also spot on. Just a notice: If you include the coleslaw as a side dish option, they take away the included fries for some reason, even though you pay extra for the coleslaw - weird.

The service is sub-optimal, which is a polite way of saying that the service was poor. We had a reservation and we were the first in the store when we visited, all tables were empty. We were given a table under direct sunlight. We asked to switch to another (empty) table of the same size which was in the shade and we were refused, with the excuse that they can't switch reservations. That table sat empty for half hour. Same thing happened to another patron. Not nice.

In my opinion the steep price tag does not warrant putting up with poor...
