Not clean and many items need fixing.ON our second day of staying at 11pm, I was bathing, water all of a sudden ran OUT and no internet, so how to ask for help?We sorted out data from phone and watsapp admin, no response as it was late.Called the number provided for emergency help and only answered at second time. A guy said "okay, i will make some calls to fix the water and internet". NOTHING happened since FOR 9 HOURS until 820am next morning. You look after yourself in a mess.Note that outmr kids did not take bath, I was taking bath and water ran out, need to clean up your own way, then no water for kids to brush teeth, no help, no call, no nothing. No one cares about you.We bought our water bottles to then settle in until 130am, of cos no help whatsoever provided.The next morning, i guess someone fixed the water. Then the internet.I wrote to management for explanation, NO REPLY. I asked for at least refund 1 night out of our 3 nights paid stay, NO ONE REPLIED. Do they care? No, absolutely not.Do NOT visit this so call apartment. It says downtown on its name when in fact it is not even close to downtown.Lies, lies, lies. Do not go. PeriodWhat is worst is the "no response" attitude.In our apartment there is an upper room. Whole room filled with toilet smell whole day. Drainage problem creates bad smell. We asked for help. We booked just an hour before check-in, so there was a slight delay while we contacted the company to get the access code. It was a bit of a hassle, but if you arrive a day earlier or book in advance, it should be much smoother.That said, there were a few issues worth noting. The pillows were quite high and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to sleep well. Some parts of the lighting system weren’t working properly, and both bathroom drains had issues — by the last night, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from them.The location is another factor to consider. It’s quite far from the city center, and the surrounding neighborhood feels very local and underdeveloped.
