Definitely NOT a four star hotel. Breakfast is so so bad. Altogether ten dishes served the same daily 365 days in a year. Poor selection! No staff to assist in the buffet area tables cleared of dirty dishes after 20 minutes guests have left and no correct cleaning of surfaces between next sitting, Food is cheap, processed, not nutritious and only fit for consumption by cats and dogs roaming the streets of Athens. Deluxe super room on second floor facing the metro line so be prepared to be disturbed every 6 minutes the frequency of metro trains. The rooms are huge, modern neutral decor. Bathroom very compact but clean and functional. Ample hot water and excellent water pressure. Working mini fridge no mini bar. Air conditioning outstanding and more importantly very quiet. Flat TV very limited choice especially by the lack of quality English speaking channels. Large patio windows with balcony. Sound proofing between rooms poor, WiFi super fast and reliable. Corridors have awful smell of cigarettes! Good location approx 6 mins walk to metro station Kato Patissia with train frequency every 6 minutes. Though neighbourhood may not be the best still safe. Food shop all close by with numerous cafes and restaurants all reasonably priced. An abismal breakfast results in the 2 star rating. Management need to sort out staffing in breakfast area and improve to have 4 star rating when breakfast is zero stars!!

Rooms: They are really good and clean the air conditioner is fantastic the bed was really comfortable bathroom is a bit small but it does the job ! Breakfast: Everyday there is the same breakfast nothing really new, it’s a bit dry nothing too special there is some juices and coffee it does the job for the price you are paying tho Staff & Performance: The check in is always at 14:00 and the checkout is at 12:00 they give you a key to a room so you can put your luggage in till your check in time the staff was helpful but not really nice they do their job but with anger, a smile would be nice to see Price: Really affordable and you get more than you are paying for I didn’t expect that much to be honest but everything was good Area/ the place of the hotel: There is a small grocery shops next to the hotel as well as parking spaces in front of hotel there is a metro green line station around 300 Meters away from the hotel by Walking Called (Kato Patissia)

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Athens for 4 nights. Good hotel option, not too far from central Athens There is a good breakfast at the hotel along with fast and free WiFi internet. The beds are comfortable, with a sturdy mattress. The staff is also very helpful. I was originally placed in a room with a very small and tight bathroom - when I shared this with the staff the next day, they swiftly moved me to a different room with no charge. Both of the rooms had a lot of balcony space and a workspace. Heating was a problem. The days were hot and apparently in Athens, hotels are not allowed to set the air conditioner's temperature below 25C. This meant that there was no cooling. I had to keep the window open which disturbed my sleep because of the noise outside the hotel.

My Opinions below: ||||Location: This is not in the centre of Athens, so you would be expected to use the subway/train or taxi's to get to the tourist centre districts - this is quite easy and around 5/10 min walk from the hotel to the train line - it's quite simple to travel in and out of the historical districts. You are located North of the Acropolis site and Ancient Forums. I had no issues with this, the area is generally quiet at night, there are some stalls around on the main street nearby to purchase water / snacks. The odd food place on the main road as well, but I preferred to eat in the main food squares in town centre. ||||Hotel Staff: Generally pleasant and helpful, no issues here at all. Shout out to the security guards, they were great one staff member who was on in the mornings was very helpful - happy to chat away about Greece, give advise regarding local scams, inform us of the normal prices for taxi's and even showed us to the exact street where we had booked a taxi online, helped us get to beeches and the parliment - you sir are a credit to the hotel. Didn't catch his name, but he was around 30's odd and top guy. Hope you get to visit Scotland one day and see Edinburgh Castle and Glencoe ! ||||Room: Stayed in a double bed room, really nice to have a balcony to relax on at night, the room was very clean as was the bathroom - the staff done a great job each day. Very happy with this. Top marks. We had one of the newer aircon units in our room and it was excellent. Bathroom was cleaned well each day also. It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee included in the room which it wasn't but other than this solid room, if your lucky you will get one that has a view of the Acropolis from your baloney. ||||Breakfast: Tea/coffee/fresh juices, fruit, eggs, breads/cheese etc all the normal options available.Again good selection. No issues here at all. Solid breakfast options that you would expect. ||||Overall: Providing you don't mind travelling in and out of the city centre when visiting sites, I can recommend this hotel - I had no issues really whatsoever - So I am surprised reading other peoples experiences. I would be happy to stay here again, the main thing is that the room was cleaned well, the breakfast solid and the staff quite helpful. People obviously smoke alot in Greece, so ask to change room if you have a room that doesn't seem plenty in that since, make sure you bring your own water for the fridge etc. The hotel has a nice large lobby area for relaxing and a bar for drinks and/or...
