This is Ece Kerman, it has been almost 10 years we are staying in this hotel. We feel like home. It is inevitable for us, we feel really incomplete if we dont stay in this beautiful place. We have always been welcomed and treated in the nicest way. Even if there was any little thing missing, it has been solved amd completed immediately and kindly. I would like to send our special thanks first to GM Mr Yannis and then his team , chefs Mrs Hera and Dimitris at the kitchen, Mrs Maria at the bar anh her husband at the kitchen, Mrs Maria for the laundry and cleaning also Stella and other ladies. Popi priorly, Thanks them all. Under the sun they worked all hardly, we appreciate.
As an old customer i would like to add some recommendations from my point of view
It would be great to have a foot washing area for our feet eith sand, on the way to N blocks other than the pool area at the back
It would be perfect to have a really cool breakfast area with big air conditioners in the morning time because it gets too hot
It woould be perfect to have two different breakfast saloons in the hotel to avoid the crowd and waiting line
It would be great to put really a gate and guarantee money collection from outsiders for the beach usage bacause there are limited sezlongs, not easy to find sezlong to lay for the customers
It would be perfect to have a cool, really cool environment in the kitchen at the restaurant for the working people there and the safety of the outsude food to keep it cooler. You need two big standing air conditioner machines i guess
And it would great to have a lift or easier way to catch the rooms for older people or disable

Read moreLet’s start with the positive: the views are amazing, the location is good (5 minutes from airport and 10 minutes from the Chios port) and the onsite restaurant is delicious.
The negative (we had 2 rooms for reference and both were the same): beds are hard as a brick, air conditioning is hanging on by its last limb, the rooms themselves are falling apart (door handle falling off the outside door, outlets falling out of wall, rust all over the place). But worst of all is the service of the team there. We stayed for 4 days/4nights and didn’t have our room cleaned until the final night. We would go down to the front desk every day and ask politely for our room to be cleaned and each day come home disappointed. I understand not being able to flush paper (tp included) down the toilet, but to not have your trash taken out for 4 days filled with said wipes is unacceptable. Whenever it was brought up no one seemed to care much with minimal accountability. Breakfast bar was atrocious, really really disappointed in the amenities, but more so in the people working here. Read moreNEVER go to this hotel!!! This hotel does not deserve 2 stars, let alone 4!!! The cleanliness is disastrous. All the windows at the reception in the dining room are dirty. So is the elevator! I don't even dare to swim in the pool, for fear of finding something. There is no particular luxury in the rooms, there should also be a couch, which is not there! The bathroom is a disaster. It has worn-out equipment. Old bathtub, old taps,.... Basically, NEVER book this hotel!!! All the pictures are obviously taken somewhere else! For one room with a 190 x140 bed, maybe 9 square meters, and a balcony with worn-out furniture. It is not worth 200 Eur or about 1150 Eur for 6 nights with breakfast!!!! The beach is probably a quarter or even less crowded. The sun loungers are worn-out and broken, and the umbrellas are no better. The entrance to the reception itself tells you the truth. Dirty, worn out and untidy. Don't look in the corners of the stairs and rooms!!!! What we experienced or have to endure these few days of our vacation is a DISASTER!!!!!
