The owner is SUPER ... always available for customers, willing to negotiate regarding accommodation rates. The villa is right on the seafront, with most rooms overlooking the sea. The rooms are not very big, but enough even for a family of 4 people. Each room has a generous terrace where you can relax. The rooms are equipped with efficient air conditioning, with refrigerator and a mini-kitchen with sink and electric hob (for those who find it useful). The beds are O.K., with comfortable mattresses. Bed linen and towels are changed every 2-3 days. On the ground floor you have a bar and opposite the villa, a large terrace on the beach where you can enjoy a pizza, ice cream or a drink. Also opposite the villa, on the beach, you benefit from sunbeds and umbrellas without having to pay for them, but only to order something at the bar, the equivalent of a few euros, consumption that is inevitable on the beach anyway. In this location you can come accompanied by your pets provided they are not noisy or aggressive. They are accepted at no other cost. We were with our puppy, a Labrador. I can say that there is something that I did not like completely, but these details can be fixed by the owner and it is possible that on the next visit, these small problems will no longer exist. Here I mean the very dim light in the bathroom, the "tired" taps and the rather small space in the shower where the curtain sticks to you every time.

Excelent place to stay! Ideal for families with children and also couples! Super comfortable rooms where you can find all you need, from kitchen utensils, plates, cups, roomy refrigerator. Has a beautiful view of mount Olympus, very close to the sea. At the entrance they have a very chic cafe - Franklin, which satisfies the tastes of even the most demanding customer. Wonderful host, always ready to help you out... Accomodation was perfect for us as a family with twin boys because they were always playing in the garden outside. It is also located just across the beach. The apartment was very clean and spacious. I would definitely return to this apartment and I recommend it to anyone looking to vacation...
