Fani Rooms — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

Disaster. Unpleasant and unwelcoming hosts. They were intrusive, checking if we leave the ACs or lights on, reminding us loudly that we were doing something wrong (we were struggling to understand them as they speak no English or other language except for Greek). They were preoccupied with how much electricity would guests consume. There is a nice small yard with a space for grilling, which was the reason why we paid for this villa in the first place. The hosts wouldn't let us use these facilities although this was in our contract with the agency. They were yelling at us, telling us that their yard is not taverna or so, treating us disrespectfully. No chemistry 😊 The beach is nice, but you still need to use a car if you are bringing your own equipment. The adjacent town has an extremely limited offer of restaurants and supermarkets. Never again...

Host is a real racist, he attacked me that I'm Greek on the first day. Everyday checking if the AC is turned on and he treat us that he will take the AC remote controller. Beach is very close, like 100m from the house but it is the worst beach in whole Greece. Short beach, no beach bar, garbage containers, dogs and cars. Yes, cars on the beach. In the center there is no gyro, hamburger or pizza restaurant, only fish restorants. They got 2 gyro places but there is no gyro, they are not making it cause in the end of August the season is closed here. We ate at the local market everyday. The worst vacation in my life.
