Ikonio Bar — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

Had a worst second experience ever.. Firstly the waiter was unprofessional at the beginning, I asked to order some breakfast which he was not sure if it is available, first he doesn't know have the menu, even to know what is available in their restaurant he did not even know, second I order panini and asked him to prepare this and for the mean time he could check with the kitchen what is available!?, thirdly he came with the place mate on the table and tissue afterwards he bring the panini and I had no cutlery, I asked him can I have the cutlery funny he was amazed that they was no cutlery on the table, and the time he is bringing cutlery I observed hair on the panini I informed him the time he is putting cutlery your food has hair own it?!? He took the plate removed the hair and bring back on my table, I laughed luckily I had took a first picture so I ordered pancake and americano because I really disappointed already with the worst service from him.. It took more than 20mins to get the pancakes, the americano was smelling onions oil ontop and it tasted like filterd coffee now here comes the pancakes they was hair again 😢you know it was not busy to expect such serve overall I can say the waiter has zero knowledge about the job, seems not to care about everything, his attitude it is unacceptable in this industry I was really disappointed because such people brings a bad reputation about the business, at least the atmosphere and the music was good and the...

The atmosphere is perfect, the music is modern and pretty good, unfortunately the service is tragedy.
