Disappointing Experience – Poor Food and Dishonest Practices

Unfortunately, the seafood was far from satisfactory. The shrimp were not cleaned properly and tasted overwhelmingly of oil, masking any natural flavor. The octopus was excessively salty and charred to the point of being burnt, leaving it without any real taste. The grilled calamari was especially disappointing—seemingly boiled first, then barely seared on the grill for a few seconds, resulting in an oddly raw texture despite the supposed double cooking.

We went for a dinner at this restaurant for three consecutive nights, and each time, we were highly impressed by the freshness and flavor of the food, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, and the peaceful atmosphere. We ordered a variety of dishes, including oysters, octopus, grilled sardines, shrimp, scallops, mussels, and pasta di mare—each one perfectly prepared. We had such a great time at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The ambiance was stunning, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made our meal even more enjoyable.

What really made our experience stand out, though, were the owners. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. Their kindness and hospitality truly made us feel at home and elevated the entire evening.
