Nice atmosphere with modern lounge music overlooking the small harbor. Food quality was excellent, two very good sandwiches. Also, we enjoyed a glass of local red wine that was quite refreshingly nice and went perfectly with the burger that I had, delicious, my choice with no recommendation. The one thing that I would say towards constructive criticism, is to properly train your waitresses and waiters. The waitress was nice but failed to mention the two types of potatoes that came with the sandwiches that we ordered, and by the time that I realized, no more than 2 or 3 minutes after, I flagged her to ask for them. She came back with the answer that it was too late, unless we wanted to pay extra for another order of those potatoes - we were getting the type that we didn’t want, plain fries. Also, the burger was quite messy, and I needed more than the one small paper napkin that she gave me. And, she never came back to see how things were going. Very rude waitress, such a bad experience we had to leave! The waitress preferred to prioritize a passing band instead of her customers... Incredible!! Where is the reply?? Just saying you replied is not a reply... In addition, as the owner of this business you ought to take reviews more seriously as I can see you're on a downward slippery slope since your staff continues to be rude to customers. I am coming to Sani for the past thirty years and never have I been treated this way; this is beyond outrageous. Every business can have difficulties at some point of its existence, the trick is to accept the comments and learn from them. We were looking forward to trying this restaurant for a long time, which came highly recommended by Italian friends. It's quite a fancy looking restaurant in a lovely setting with beautiful sea views but the service was very disappointing. We ordered only 2 dishes a pizza and a pasta for my daughter. The pizza was served quickly but the pasta - a simple cheese pasta delayed by over 20 minutes by which time we had finished our meal and my daughter was complaining and almost in tears. I asked 2 members of staff and 1 said that they were just cleaning tables and the other was serving drinks so they couldn't help.
