Hanioti Tours Apartments — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

Let me mention the high points first:||- recently renovated in modern style ||- location (close to the beach, in the center, close to the free parking)||- decent speed, stable internet||And now the downsides:||- the place is right in the walking area with shops and games oasis with terrible noise of music, kicking, screaming till 1:00. With the doors and windows shut is ok, but yoiu can't sleep that way is it is too hot and the air-conditioning is above your bed||- there is a glass door which can't be closed on the bathroom. No privacy what so ever. Very inconvenient should you travelling with friends or small children who can get in there whenever they like while you're doing your things||- we’ve rented an apartment for 4 people even though were travelling 3 of us to have more space. The single beds are way too small for an adult to sleep in. There is no space for your clothing as there are only 2 small closets barely enough for 2 people. No space for your suitcases. ||- you have to pay 5 euro’s a day to be able to use an air conditioner, which is a must even in September. We were in 207, and just like 203 and 205, facing the sun without any sunshades on the terrace (which is inhumane considering the fact that there is no walls isolation and you can fry an egg on the wall). It is unbearable hot in the room! ||- no cleaning, no towels change, and in 10 days, our sheet were changed only once. I had to do it myself as the cleaning lady just hands you the clean sheets.||- there is not even toilet paper when you arrive, which says a lot about how guests are treated in that “hotel”. That’s not a hotel, but a house with rooms.||- no receptions, so anyone can get in, there are only plain key locks on the doors, very easy to break||- no safe||- the owner seemed to be distant and uninterested, one girl was ok, trying to be friendly, but wasn’t able to solve 2 simple problems so on the third day I had to ask again (the sink was clogged and the remote control wasn’t working). They fixed the sink on the 3d day and remote was never fixed. The second girls seemed very cold and bored by you even getting into the office.||- there are only few channels on TV (we used it rarely, but had to press the button on the TV as the remote wasn’t working) and all in Greek, some in Serbian, with some stupid music. ||- BE AWARE: CHECK OUT IS AT 9AM (WHICH IS 8AM DUTCH TIME).||- bathroom window of the room 207 is on the wall of other guests terrace!!!||- very few dishes...

Our apartment had two rooms and one of each did not have the window and the air condition was in the other room with the window. We were staying there in june so it was not too hot, but in the july or august I guess that it is terribly hot. Glass door of the toilet cannot be completly closed.||We were not satisfied with the service. They do not clean the apartment, do not change towles.||Even when they cleaned the aprtment once, they did not took out the tresh, did not add the toilet papper and did not clean the terasse.||I would not recommande this apartment to anyone, mostly becouse of...

Είχε κλειστεί δίκλινο δωμάτιο αντί για το τρίκλινο που είχαμε συνεννοηθεί μέσω τηλεφώνου. Τελικά μας δόθηκε ένα δήθεν τετράκλινο με δύο άβολους καναπέδες. Δεδομένου ότι κλείσαμε ξενοδοχείο θεωρήσαμε πως ήταν δεδομένη μια στοιχειώδη καθαριότητα με αλλαγή πετσετών,σεντονιών και καθαρισμό δωματίου σε σύντομα διαστήματα. Δυστυχώς όμως δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ πετσέτες, ούτε μπήκαν καμιά φορά στο δωμάτιο ενώ δεν μας δόθηκε ούτε χαρτί τουαλέτας. Το ανέφερα στους υπεύθυνους και με ενημέρωσαν ότι η αλλαγή πετσετών γίνεται κάθε πέντε μέρες. Ανέφερα επίσης, ότι η διαμονή μας είναι 5 μέρες και με αυτή την λογική δεν θα έχουμε ποτέ ξανά καθαρές πετσέτες;Ανεπίτρεπτο. Το αίτημα έγινε τελικά δεκτό, ”για να είμαστε ευχαριστημένες” όπως μας είπαν. Όμως μας δόθηκαν μόνο 3 μεγάλες πετσέτες και ούτε μια παραπάνω, ενώ το χαρτί τουαλέτας άφαντο. Αν γνώριζα την όλη κατάσταση δεν θα έκλεινα το εν λόγω ξενοδοχείο αλλά ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια που θα μου πρόσφεραν τα ίδια και παραπάνω. Ήδη από την πρώτη μέρα που ανοίξαμε την μπαλκονόπορτα αποτσίγαρα υπήρχαν στο μπαλκόνι μας, μάλλον από τον προηγούμενο(;)|Απρόσωπο προσωπικό χωρίς καμία ένδειξη επαγγελματισμού όπως φαίνεται. |Τα χρήματα που ζητούσαν ήταν εξωπραγματικά για την διαμονή που μας πρόσφεραν ενώ αξιοπερίεργο που θέλουν χρήματα και για την χρήση του κλιματιστικού.|Αφού ρωτήσαμε την ώρα του Check out και ήρθε η ώρα να αδειάσουμε το δωμάτιο το πρακτορείο που διεύθυναν ήταν κλειστό για να αφήσουμε τα κλειδιά.|Από θετικά θα μπορούσαμε να προσθέσουμε τα ανακαινισμένα ευρύχωρα δωμάτια που όμως τα στρώματα/καναπέδες και τα μαξιλάρια δεν ήταν καλής ποιότητας.|Καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο...
