Pizza Di Fragola — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

I was reluctant to go, due to the name "Fragola" =strawberry in the name, associating a fruit (like ananas) with pizza.

Took note of positive reviews and decided to pursue for a special request "penne pomodoro".

My kid appreciates the "Napoletan penne" as best eaten around, with perfect tomato flavor, sauce and a tiny bit of spicyness. My kid does not eat spicy/chilly food, but the serving was perfect.

I took Mediterranean Garlic Bread, and a variant of Bruscheta was served. Delicious!

Service was fast, joyful staff, payment accepted by card also contactless or tap to pay. A must go...

Ok, it tastes like everywhere else where pizza costs 10e, so hell. However, the owner turned out to be very unprofessional, because we ordered takeout and waited 25+ minutes for the pizza. And that from the side without taking a seat for the other guests. the explanation was, as for classic tourists, "in the kitchen we follow the order of orders..."! In this place (Chanioti), everything is subordinated to tourists, who are all absolutely copy/paste. A place to avoid if you want a real vacation. Or the best place if you like carnivals or circuses. Φρεσκια και δροσερή η σαλάτα με κοτοπουλο. Πολυ ωραία η πιτσα, ελαφριά, εύγευστη, με καλής ποιότητας αλλαντικα και τυριά. Αυτο ομως που πραγματικα μας εντυπωσιασε ηταν τα χειροποίητα ζυμαρικά (ραβιολι και νιοκι), δεν θα βρείτε κάτι ανάλογο στα υπόλοιπα μαγαζιά της Χανιωτης. Ευγενική, εξυπηρετικη και πολύ γλυκια η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρετήσε. Λογικοτατες οι τιμές.

*2023 Update We had dinner at Fragola yesterday where we ordered almost the same things as last year (Cesar salad, ravioli, nioki, tortellini and a big pizza). We all were very pleasantly surprised to see that they all had a great taste. Salad was fresh & crunchy and the pizza had a perfectly cooked dough and was really tasty. I would highly recommend to all visitors of Hanioti to try at least once the pasta of Fragolia!!! We all agreed that it was phenomenal! You will be impressed by the quality, taste and presentation! The waiter was really pleasant and attentive. While we were ordering he said that we might had ordered too many dishes for 4 adults and a 4 year old but in the end of the meal the only thing that was left was one slice of pizza!
