If you like Hanioti, this is one of the good options. Pros: - staff 10/10, everybody was trying to help and we were always greeted with smiles. Huge thanks to Galini! She was kind and made us feel good everyday (If the owner manages to keep her close to the hotel, it will be a big win) - cleanliness 10/10 - design - ok, it is a new hotel, nothing fancy, but good. - location - could be a pro if you like being close to the centre, while still having some quiet as it is located on a side street. For us it was ok as we could eat at "The Garden" while the baby was sleeping under our watch on a baby monitor (1 min away). Cons: - Hanioti beach - big NO to this beach, small and overcrowded with small stones all over. The only part that could be kind of ok is in the north side close to the villas, but I see no reason to stay in center and take the car (if you find a parking place) to reach that part. Better to rent something there. Maybe is us that couldn't see the beauty of Hanioti and other find it nice. I recommend to do the proper research and find out if this is what you are looking for. - lack of breakfast (not such a big minus as there are options all over the town - everything is close to Evitel) - rooms not soundproof. You can hear very well your temporary neighbors. - Parking. Parking. Parking. There are 3-4 parking spaces in front of hotel. The staff is selective to whom they allocate it. It is an important minus, as if you don't stay in Hanioti for beach, each day when you will come back to town you will have to search for a parking place and walk at least 5-10 minutes from the car to the hotel. Message for owner: It is understandable that there is hard to stay in centre and have also parking places for all rooms, but please do yourself a favour and stop being selective. Everybody that stays at your hotel pays the same price so you shouldn't make any differences between them. In our case, after 6 days, when we finally found a free space in front of the hotel, we were asked to leave by the receptionist (at owner orders) as the spot was "reserved". ****. It was really frustrating, as everyday I was leaving my wife and kids in front of the hotel and after that I had to start my usual evening challenge to find a God damn parking place in Hanioti. Why this was not the case for all customers and others were "luckier" than us? Personal recommendations: Places: - Paliouri beach (early in the morning until 12 when it gets crowded) - sandy beach perfect for kids and not only. For snorkeling the south part with rocks is interesting, 3-4 meters deep along the rocks and 10-12m, before drop, at the tip. - Porto Valista Bay - do yourself a favour and visit this place (it is close to Paliouri Beach). Great view. Perfect place for snorkeling/freedive/scuba-diving (even fishing), nice view for a lunch/dinner/pictures, etc. - beach in front of "Crystal Villas and Suites" - nice beach, not crowded, sandy on land, stones (and fishes) once in water. - Loutra beach (chill, not crowded, sandy beach, small stones once in water, great for snorkeling near the rocks south to the beach) and Peable Beach of St. George (if you like stones) - Afytos town (must see) and beaches (far south or far north, away from crowds) Restaurants: - The Garden (Hanioti) - best from Hanioti from our POV - Villa Stasa Sea (also a bar, near Loutra) - wow, what a view. Good food and perfect place for a drink at sunset (be aware the restaurant and the bar are on different levels, bar is closer to the water). - Melisma or Anthoulas Restaurant (Kriopigi) Other: - Go to Sithonia - If possible, visit Greece in May/June/September/October.

A Slice of Paradise in Hanioti - More than Just a Stay! I'm thrilled to share my experiences at this gem of a hotel located in the heart of Hanioti. Nestled cozily near the beach, the location is nothing short of a dream come true. Yet, what truly sets this place apart are the fantastic hosts, who transform the entire experience into a heartwarming 'home away from home'. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, open arms, and an unmatched level of hospitality that went beyond the norm. Galini, the receptionist, deserves a special mention for being the heart of this establishment. Her attentiveness, warm demeanor, and dedication to ensuring our comfort were palpable from the get-go. Not to be outdone, Phillipos, the manager, was the epitome of professionalism and grace. His unwavering commitment to answer all our queries, coupled with his enthusiasm to assist us with all our needs, made us feel truly valued and taken care of. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with everything curated to ensure a luxuriously comfortable stay. From the pristine cleanliness, plush bedding, to the tastefully decorated interiors, no stone was left unturned in the pursuit of perfection. An unexpected bonus, especially for us as electric car owners, was the ability to charge our vehicle at the hotel itself. A clear reflection of their commitment to eco-friendliness, for which we are genuinely thankful. The hotel's location is a sweet spot, with the golden sands of the beach just a stone's throw away, and the vibrant village center of Hanioti right at your doorstep. This made exploring the local attractions and cuisine incredibly convenient and enjoyable. In conclusion, this is not just a hotel, it's an experience. A journey filled with warm hosts, excellent services, superb location, and most importantly, heartfelt memories. As we pack our bags and leave, we carry a piece of this magical place in our hearts. We cannot wait to return.

Great resort. We were pleasantly impressed from the moment we checked in. The gentleman at the front desk greeted us very warmly and gave us all the information we needed, and even helped us with our luggage. Respect for that. The apartment was super clean, very nice, quiet, gorgeous in short. The cleaning staff very kind and discreet and especially reliable. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend, with all my heart. I will definitely come back here.

We had the most enchanting experience during our 7-night stay at the Evitel Luxury Living hotel in Hanioti Beach. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel like royalty throughout our entire stay. The luxurious accommodations provided a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. Beyond the physical beauty, the hotel's concierge service ensured that every moment of our stay was unforgettable. It's rare to find a place that combines such natural beauty with exceptional service, making this stay an absolute treasure. As I reflect on my time in Hanioti Beach I'm filled with gratitude for the memories created at this remarkable hotel. It's a destination I will hold dear in my heart, and I eagerly anticipate the day I can return to relive the magic all over again. 10/10 to Philipos...
