Hotel Apartment Kastoria — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

First of all, the owners are very nice people and i thank them once again. It's not really a hotel, there are sort of mini apartments (kitchen, hallway, balcony or 2, bathroom). Pro: The hotel is situated very close to the beach...3-5min, depends on how lazy u are. The owners are very nice friendly welcoming and helpful people. The hotel and its garden are clean. I think most of the rooms have sea views. You can get bottled water direct from the hotel. The kitchen is useful. The bathroom seemed new. Air conditioning, but not really good placing in my room. For the price it was ok. Free parking if u find a free spot.

Cons: The hotel is situated very far from restaurants (like 15min walk). My room had the furniture very outdated. There are rooms that have been redesigned and refurnished. I don't know why we got that room. On booking it said that there was an option for breakfast on arrival... when we arrived they said they don't do that anymore. The hotel sits near a busy road and there was always noise, even at night, so less sleep. Old windows, not new sound cancelling. Nice small city Hanioti overall.

The conclusion: ok for the money, not ok for the room and road noise (depends on how u sleep with surrounding noise), close to the beach, far from restaurants. I think everyone should balance what's ok for them based on what it offers. Me personally, maybe...

😊: Hosts were super friendly and pleasant, property is 200 m from the beach, parking is available (either in front on the property or inside the property), kitchen has all necessary equipment (plates, utensils). Room has climate unit, one family and one single bed, dining area in the kitchen, bathroom was clean and stocked with necessary items (towels and shampoo). There is a terrace with two chairs and table. City center was 10 minutes walk from the property. Everything is there (from lunching to markets). Sea water was almost glass clean and beach is mostly sandy but in water it is rocky (it is recommended that you buy sneakers for water, it can be bought in city center).. 😢: While property experience was excellent, markets are mostly in city center (10 minutes walk) or you need to use a car to get to super markets. But most markets in city center are fully stocked with everything you need. There can be noise from the road, but if you close balcony window, sound isolation is pretty good and road noise was...

Everything very clean, the hotel has a beautiful garden with a lot of flowers. They also have parking at the property. The apartment has a fantastic sea view and a large terrace where you can have breakfast or get tanned on sanbeds. The beach is very close to the property, 2 minute walking. The apartment has kitchen with all you need (big fridge, microwave, stove, cutlery and so one).The bathroom is very clean, has hairdryer, and has hot water all the time, we went in October.
