Dear Gusto Italiano Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the dining experience my party and I recently had at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the lasagna we were served was not fresh. It was clear that it had been prepared several days earlier and simply reheated, resulting in a dry and unappetizing dish.

When we politely brought this issue to the staff's attention, we were met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. This was particularly evident from the older woman working at the cashier, whose treatment of both customers and employees was completely inappropriate. Her behavior was unprofessional and not suited to a customer-facing role.

We have never seen so unpolite servers in a restaurant! I ordered a coffee and when the server put in on the table my 5 year old son spilled it. I didn’t even try the coffee! They brought another one and then another server just passed by and drop the check for the spilled coffee! So unprofessional! Today was our fifth night here and every night we spent 40 euros! It’s not about the 3.50 euros for the coffee it’s about the way they handle business!! When i told them one of the guys who said he is the owner he ask who spilled the coffee us or you? Very bad customer service! They just try to flip the tables without any care for people! The pizzas are nothing special, not bad tho. Absolutely the best pasta I have ever had in my life! I asked the guy (I believe he is only taking the orders, not a waiter, he was wearing glasses, but I didn't understand his name) for a recommendation on the pasta and he suggested tagliatelle with some mixture between the sauce for the Neapolitana and cheese, with cognac, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms. OH MY GOD! The end result is creamy pink goodness that I strongly recommend and I specially thanked the guy who recommended it.
