The owner/manager was extremely polite, always smiling, approachable, and genuinely ready to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. From the first moment, he made us feel very welcome, almost like we were at home, which gave the whole experience a warm and personal touch. His kindness and hospitality were truly one of the highlights of our stay. In terms of the room, for the price we paid, the conditions and furniture were exactly what we expected and perfectly fine. With just a little extra care and attention to cleanliness in the room, the overall experience would easily become flawless. It’s not a big issue, but something that could make the stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was peaceful, away from noisy areas, and surrounded by nature, which created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. At the same time, it was convenient for getting around, and the large parking space made everything easy. It really felt like the perfect balance between comfort, nature, and accessibility. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. It is affordable, quiet, and comfortable, and together with the owner’s hospitality, it makes for a truly pleasant experience. I would 100% recommend it to anyone, whether traveling as a couple, with family, or even alone. We enjoyed our stay very much and without a doubt, we will definitely come back...

Verry long distanced from everything, the owner is verry rude and insolent, he is manipulates with the guests for the damage and breakdowns that already exists in the apartman. There is no house rule, he breaks it himself first by arriving late for a visit, there were also fights in the apartment. Verry bad Experience. Because i cant respond your for your answer i will add it here so other People can se your manipulations. If you come to visit at 12 at night when we are lying down and resting it speaks about your upbringing and behavior and charging new guests for damage that has already been done before also speaks about you as a person and a host, better take care of how you run your business now than if you are lying to people here by the comments because 1 true bad review...

I have been to Kalithea several times, specifically to this property in August 2022. It is not really near the beach but... if you need peace and quiet, Giorgio is the place.
