Ellin Hotel & Spa — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

This is full 3 stars hotel, close to city center. |It is small but cozy, rooms are very clean and big enough. |Bathrooms have cosmetics and towels. The only problem is they don't have shower doors and the water will be all over.|A/C works good. |We asked for second room card and it wasn't a problem, they gave it. |In the first day very poor breakfast and after we talked to management they improved it. They brought feta cheese, watermelon, melon, salami. Greek yogurt in the fridge same recipe 3 days în a row they didn't change it. They don't have fresh juices, only from tetrapack. |Very few fruits, cucambers always old and dry, if something was finished the lady who took care was very slow. Free coffee probably the worst we drank. A speciality coffee shop is 100 metters from hotel. |In the 1st day they wanted to clean the rooms at 15 pm, but after we asked to do it in the morning it wasn't a problem.|One night we stayed to watch a soccer match in the lobby and nobody said us not to do it but 2 nd night another receptionist didn't let us due de Covid rules...|The breakfast was served only inside, and it didn't matter how many groups we were in the same time there, why this it wasn't a problem? |The pool is nice, different depth, ok for kids also. |A market is on the other part of the road.|Card payment îs available. |Staff always was wearing a mask. Dezinfectant was available free. |Free parking...

Advantages: very clean (the rooms were cleaned every day); close to the city center and is around 10-15 minutes to the beach; excellent service (the staff is very friendly and responsive); the rooms are well-equipped (the furniture is very good); the breakfast includes products of very good quality (for example the coffee machine is great); very convenient bed; parking in front of the hotel;

Disadvantages: the hotel is located at the beginning of Kalithea and the surroundings around the hotel don't bring the feeling that you are on a holiday (it's quite noisy and you feel like you are staying at a motel); the siphon in the bathroom was very clogged; the breakfast is absolutely the same every day and not very rich (it includes the basic food but for the money paid per night it should be improved). the area for breakfast is small and crowded: having breakfast at the entrance of the hotel in front of the reception is not very comfortable. the air condition works very slowly (it needs for example around 5 minutes to start working) the rooms look larger on the photos

very clean, new, fresh hotel and has a good clean pool. Parking spaces right outside the entrance. The staff offered incredible service. They always had a smile on their faces and were super sweet with our children, especially with the little candy monster ;-)

Located a stone's throw from the center and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. Good breakfast. We Recommend this accommodation!
