Kripis Studio Paliouri -Apartments — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

Great accommodation!||My wife and I (54) practice an active vacation, so accommodation is less important to us, but we still have some "must have" requirements, primarily tidiness / cleanliness, parking and internet. This accommodation certainly offers it, but also significantly more than that. We were guests in mid-July 2021, and we arranged the arrangement with a direct telephone conversation.||||Not to be confused, Kripis Studio / Apartments have facilities in both Pefkochori and Paliouri. For people who prefer all time action, it is recommended to stop in Pefkochori. Paliouri is a quiet place, separated from the usual tourist bustle, noise and crowds, ideal for a quiet vacation and as a base for trips around Kassandra (our choice). This brings on a significant distance from the beaches, so you can get to the coast by some transport.||||We were accommodated in apartment number 3, with a capacity of five beds, on the ground floor of the building and overlooking the sea and Sithonia. Apartment contains a very spacious living room with kitchen and dining area (three beds there), a separate bedroom with a real double bed, bathroom and a nice terrace in the shade of pine trees (great view). Next to the apartment is a private parking for guests of the accommodation (for some units parking is elsewhere, so one should check).||||There is free WiFi available, which is not very reliable - the speed is "so, so", but it is week for more users. I don't know what it is about, but the Internet is problematic in accommodations widely over Chalkidiki. Therefore, if someone needs a more reliable connection, a SIM card with unlimited internet can be obtained in Pefkohori - 12.5 EUR per month, plus 5 EUR when taking the card for the first time (passport required). For those who stay longer, the internet can be purchased on the same card.||||The apartment itself is neat and clean, more than spacious, with all the necessary facilities. Perhaps the only drawback is the lack of natural ventilation in the bedroom, but even that was overcome by a separate air conditioner and a large ceiling fan. The beds are comfortable and comfy, with clean white bedding, with no signs of wear. The wardrobe is quite sufficient for the summer clothes of a large family. We especially liked mini safe, quite enough for documents and money. We didn't feel threatened, even more some valuable things were on our beds all the time (laptop, camera, phones, diving equipment ...), but the feeling of the availability of additional security is a great addition to the impression.||||The kitchen is very well equipped - complete dishes, mini stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave and even a biscuit oven. We haven't even turned on the small TV all the time, so we don't know what the programs are like. Finally, there are two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room - the use was not charged extra, and we only turned it on a couple of times, because the ceiling fan was mostly enough for a pleasant atmosphere.||||Bathroom also gave the impression of tidiness, very spacious and with enough clean towels, which are changed regularly (even extraordinarily on request). There is a water heater that heats the water quite quickly, and a hair dryer is also available. A slightly unusual detail is the real tub. All devices in the apartment are working.||||From the first contact with our hosts, the communication went perfectly - kind and helpful people. During our stay, they were always available to us (Viber), but by no means intrusive - congratulations for the balance of professionalism and warm hospitality. After two weeks spent here, we left with only extremely positive impressions, both about the accommodation and about Paliouri. The apartment is located in a secluded area away from any crowded places. The facility is well equipped with a kitchenette, big refrigerator, cooker, AC, toiletries, private bathroom, etc. It's a clean and spacious apartment with a great view. You could really relax there and in case you feel like going outside, the village center is close by(3-4 mins walk). We stayed at Kripis studios Palioury for 9 days and we felt like home. The apartment had all you need for comfortable stay. The matresses were super comfy, spotlesly clean sheets and towels. We had a big terace with an amaizing sea and mointain view. There were even beach chairs provided for you to use.
