It is kind of a boutique hotel, small but very well maintained and service is one of the best I have ever had. All the amenities including rooms, halls, elevators, restaurant, etc are sparkling clean and smell very good. You will be assigned an umbrella by the beach, 2 very comfortable sun beds and a lying chair, so no need to run early in the morning to reserve a place like in other hotels. In the umbrella there is a bell button for calling the waiter in case you want to order anything for lunch. They have a good selection of snacks, dishes and desserts if you want to enjoy food by the beach. The breakfast bucket is one of the best I ve ever had, it has a lot of options for vegetarians/vegan, good quality and fresh products and you can find a lot of stuff ranging from nuts, dried fruits, yoghurt, vegetables, desserts, smoothies, etc. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. The towels used in the beach are different ones which are put for you by the beach guy there. A la carte dinner is offered, pasta, fish and risotto are all good. The highlight of my stay was at checkout time when the receptionist offered me a gift box that has a pack of Greek olives, bottle of geek olive oil and oregano. Big thanks to all the receptionists and people working there, they are efficient, so kind, always smiling and keen to help. Bravo 🎉 and Keep up the good work!

Cute hotel in a classic Greek small town, very warm, very welcoming, great staff and great service ovreall. 2 complaints though, also the reasons why its a 4 star not a 5. •The rooms pricing is a bit too much in my opinion, ~30% cheaper would be perfect. •If you're gonna shower, make sure you do it before 10pm, otherwise some nights i had to shower in fairly cold water, and not so great water pressure. Considering it's a seaside hotel, this shouldn't be a thing but hey, nothing is perfect. Besides these 2 points, everything was just awesome. Thanks for the hospitality 🤙

Situated right on the beautiful beach of Kallithea, 4-star hotel, Margarita sea side hotel, five steps from the golden sandy beach with its clear blue waters. Despite this hotel offers only bed & breakfast service, when you book for this hotel, you won't miss a thing. You can enjoy in hotels "Yellow" restaurant for almost all hours of the day( after breakfast) with a variety of dishes from European and Greek cuisine, handmade sweets and a list of Greek vines. Prices are really affordable. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday.

The hotel shines with cleanliness, the rooms are comfortable, but nothing impressive for the price range they offer. It is located right next to the beach, in the lower part of the village, just next to the beach. There is public parking and if there is a free space you park, if not - the hotel does not undertake to provide it. Access on foot to the center involves going up a steep street, guests with baby stroller or people with disabilities should keep this in mind, second option is longer way, 15 minutes to the center, but not so steep road. The beach - sunbeds with an umbrella are provided for each reserved room. It turned out that according to the type of room -sea, side sea or garden view - it depends on the the location of your sunbeds. If you have booked a garden view room you will get a seat on row 5 or 6 and you cannot change them to some closer to the sea, even if they are available. After a not very constructive and friendly discussion at the reception desk, we were blessed to be seated on sunbeds one row down. With huge arrangements, other family accommodated in 2 different room types managed to be accommodated next to each other. The sunbeds are big and comfortable, the umbrellas are close together but usually your shade is somewhere other than over the sunbeds, in our case over the walk path...It is good that the sunbeds are large, but there is no space to move it, the shade cannot cover both sunbeds, at most it falls on the one only and for a family with 2 small children it is a challenge and a inconvenience. In general, the beach is overcrowded and quite inconvenient that there is no suitable access for a baby stroller, there are 10-15 steps but no ramp. The prices are much more expensive than usual for Halkidiki. Breakfast - the usual, buffet, vegetables, fruits, multiple croissants, cupcakes with the same taste, 10 types of omelette. We were impressed by one of the waitresses who came to us with all the courtesy that can have and asked us to leave the baby stroller at the end of the restaurant so the rest of the guests can enjoy themselves freely to move here and there...from 30 tables available , only 5 were occupied... She brought us a wooden baby chair with no possibility of pushing our two-year-old son on this ill-conceived scaled-down version of a baby chair. We put him sitt in the "adult chair", for 5 minutes, of course he got off and ran away, typical toddler. The coffee capsules provided at the room are not complement! 2.50 EUR for a capsule, as it cost 0.3 in the box from the shop! I met somewhere in other reviews about an air conditioner issue, and yes, the air conditioner is in the one room. In the other room it is supposed that the jet should pass through a solution high above the door, but no, elementary knowledge - cold air is heavier and glad downstairs, there's no way to shoot through the grate to cool the other room….The restaurant - nice and romantic at the evening, very pleasant service and that is all .The food is decently plated and served, they still need to work on the taste, I can't rate ready-made tzatziki from the store. In general, for the price range, it should be suitable, but does not. The young people work at the hotel are kind and welcomed us, but looks sad or worried, not sure, but no smile or any motion. Only the beach boy does not look AI, behaves politely but naturally and does not quote learned phrases. Thank you! We did't feel the pleasant friendly attitude that we usually meet in Greece. In general, Kallithea is an extremely touristic destination in a bad sense, to spend some money on mediocre food and serviceit. Does not have the warm attitude that prevails, for example, among traveling in other places in Kassandra or anywhere else that we have been in Grece and there are a lot!

Dear hotel Margarita'team, check out gift was sweet and very nice, thank you! Please take the above as constructive criticism, work with your team and please make some steps to improve the quality of services offered and do not get caught up in unnecessary rules...

If you want to experience a true relaxing and amazing summer vacation in Greece, then this 4 star hotel is for you!|PROS:|- Rooms are spacious, with well-proportioned balconies (even though that not all of them are facing the seaside, you can still admire the sea thorough the main window: eg. Room x08).|- Bathrooms are huge, with large walk-in showers.|- The common areas are well designed and spacious, with an amazing inner yard, good for sitting and having an afternoon coffee.|- Lots of kid attractions, such as a PS area – even though the screen is a bit too small|- The staff is always eager to meet your expectations, but this is no surprise, being in Greece, one of the most visitor-oriented countries|- The bar area is amazing, with large sunshades, close to the beach|- The breakfast is simply amazing, with way too many choices that can meet even the strictest standards and tastes (try the omelets, they are close to perfection!)|- The furniture in the rooms and their design is brand new, no signs of wear and tear, especially in the large terrace.|- The dedicated beach with room-assigned sunbeds and on-demand bar service is a real plus – something that many of the nearby hotels lack of; once assigned, they will be yours for your entire stay.|- Wi-Fi coverage is also very good (streaming grade good) and consistent throughout the entire premises, although there is a separate connection on the beach area vs the hotel grounds.||THINGS TO CONSIDER|- The AC unit is a ceiling-type one, and a very efficient one too. However, in some rooms, such as x08, the vents are a little too close to the bed area and might pose a challenge to those sensitive to a direct cold stream of air, even on the lowest setting for wind power.|- The lack of a dedicated parking space might pose some problems, especially if you plan to take the car out for...
