In fact absolutely inadequate staff, in particular a waiter, although not first class, proved to be particularly rude, ignorant, disrespectful, bordering on the limits (well exceeded by the complaint, not made due to lack of time and so as not to ruin our holiday) The guy is clearly accustomed to rounding up, exclusively on his own behalf, the bills due on time for the consumption made, charging things that were not ordered, ordered in different quantities or ordered differently. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a serious warning to others. The staff here are unbelievably rude – not just inattentive, but actively unpleasant. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like we were an inconvenience. No smiles, no basic courtesy – just cold stares and snarky comments. But the real shock was the manager. He spoke to us in such a condescending, arrogant tone, like we were beneath him. Completely unprofessional and clearly uninterested in anything other than showing off his bad attitude. We were here last year and we liked the beach a lot. This year we had an awful experience. We received too much attention by the owner and were asked multiple times : order directly to me, ok?, what is your order?, did it come? and still our order was mistaken and the service was bad. I waited for my burger for over an hour, my order was mistaken twice and neither napkins nor a fork was served. The beef was smelly with an awful aftertaste and one of the breads was old and dry. We also got a salad with a spoon. You get three beds but the umbrella is too small and it only covers half of two sunbeds. Last year we had tents over the sunbeds and it was very good. We had to go to the bar to take our bill, the waiter was rude and the bill was mixed up with another bill. We waited for the change for over 20 min.
