Low quality of service. The host/waitress was so unpleasant, so impatient and so arrogant that it was ridiculous.

We were 8 adults and one child looking for a place to sit, eat, drink, relax and enjoy the beach. The host told us she has only 3 available umbrellas for our use and she will charge us per umbrella - each umbrella will cost us 30€ - we accepted her offer and started to sit down with all our belongings. Suddenly, the host decided to change her version about the charging and told us that it will cost us 15€ per person. In fast calculations, if 1 umbrella is good for 2 people (2 sun beds), 3 available umbrellas are fine with 6 people… But she just offered us to pay per umbrella, so how comes that we need to pay per person if we don’t even get 4 umbrellas?? In conclusion, she did everything to make us leave. We had a 2 years old infant among us who wanted to enjoy her day in the beach with her family, but that host did everything to screw it up.

Now, I know the owner will write something completely different as everybody do… so it’s my version against hers… You’ll do your calculation if you want to sit there or not! My recommendation is to stay away from this place. There are so many better...

I absolutely do not recommend this place!
The day before yesterday, I spoke with a waiter named Anthony to make a reservation for the following day at 10:30 AM for 4 people. When we arrived at the location — surprise — there was no reservation. The man in charge of the beach (I didn’t catch his name) didn’t even try to find a solution and was rude to us. As tourists, it's frustrating to make a reservation, only to find out it doesn’t exist, and then have to start searching all over again. We wasted the entire day looking for another beach, and our day was completely ruined. I left a negative review. Just because the water is free of rocks and the sand is fine, we decided to give it another chance today. I deleted yesterday’s review, thinking that mistakes can happen and we’re all human. But it seems the man managing the beach wasn’t just having a bad day yesterday — he continued with the same rude attitude today as well, treating us badly because of the negative review we had left. My advice to the staff: if you want to be professional, you need to change your attitude after a mistake and try to find solutions — not behave even worse. Conclusion? Nice...

50 EURO KONSUMIERT, 70 BEZAHLT. KELLNER AM STRAND EINE ZUMUTUNG! (29.09.2024) Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren, zwei bis dreimal jährlich, nach Griechenland aber so etwas Freches wie heute, haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Wir haben am Strand konsumiert, zu Mittag haben wir, oben im Gastgarten des Restaurants gegessen und wollten alles gemeinsam bezahlen, daraufhin wurde uns gesagt dass es zwar das selbe Lokal sei aber das getrennt verrechnet werde. Die Mindestkonsumation von 20 Euro pro Person gelte nicht wenn man am Tisch isst. Für das Essen haben wir 30 Euro bezahlt, am Strand haben wir für etwa 20 Euro konsumiert. Und anstatt 50 gesamt zu bezahlen, wurden uns nochmals 20 Euro draufgelegt weil wir die Mindestkonsumation nicht erreicht haben. Frechheit sondergleichen! Informiert wurden wir darüber natürlich nicht, wir hätten auch bei den Liegen essen können. Wir sind nur rauf gegangen weil der Kellner am Strand komisch war und ständig den Leuten falsche Bestellungen gebracht hat. Wir wollten beim Essen sichergehen.

Der Kellner am Strand war unhöflich und ist mitten in der Bestellung gegangen. Mein Mann ist dann nochmals zu ihm um noch etwas dazu zu bestellen, da regte er sich auf dass ich zwei frisch gepresste Säfte bestellt habe und einen doppelten griechischen Kaffee. "Was soll das, was will sie, mit Zucker, ohne Zucker, woher soll ich wissen was!?" waren seine Worte. ...fragen wäre eine Option... Mein Mann meinte daraufhin, ohne Zucker will sie ihn sonst hätte sie gesagt mit Zucker und ich will noch einen Espresso fredo. Er hat dann daraufhin noch drei Mal nachgefragt was wir bestellen wollen weil er einfach nicht checkte. Wir haben schon gerätselt ob er gestern gesoffen Nacht hat oder auf Drogen war. In der Reihe vor uns hat er allen falsche Getränke gebracht und mit den Leuten neben uns hat er so gestritten das sie daraufhin gegangen sind. Der Mann nebenan hatte einen Espresso bestellt (kann ich sogar selbst bezeugen) aber gebracht hat er ihm einen Espresso fredo und behauptete er hätte das so bestellt. Eine furchtbare Art legt der Typ an den Tag! Ich verstehe den Chef nicht der so jemanden beschäftigt der ihm die Kunden so verscheucht. Aber der Chef kann nicht besser sein wenn er die Leute so abzockt. Leider eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, ist in Griechenland eigentlich nicht so! Ach ja, das Essen...der Caesar Salat war ganz okay, Souvlaki ging eigentlich auch aber die Zucchini- Kroketten waren Fertigprodukte aus der Tiefkühltruhe. Der Espresso fredo war gut, der Orangensaft auch aber der griechische Kaffee war grottenschlecht. Auf fast allen Liegen sind "Reserviert - Tafeln" obwohl es für niemanden reserviert war. Manche haben nachgefragt und durften sich dann setzen andere sind aber...
