Pine Resort — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

The communication with the owners was horrible! One day before the check out, although it was promised later in the morning, the owner told us to sleep outside and that he doesn’t care. We have been filmed without our consent by the owners for swimming in the pool, and even in the mornings/evenings when we were talking outside we were accused of making chaos. Although the location and the resort was beautiful I would not recommend it to anyone due to the disrespect that we’ve encountered. The lady that handles the accommodations lied to us through the whole time and complained about almost everything. After paying everything in full cash, everyone was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you decide to stay here, pay everything at check out so at least you get the minimum respect that...

The place is absolutely perfect, located in nature with the most beautiful and jaw dropping view. New, clean, tiddy, beautiful rooms with a beautiful outdoors garden, the pool is clean and amazing with great sunbeds and an incredible bar which u can use if u want. The owners of the place are extremely nice and very helpful. An honest review for anyone reading this, who want a vacation where they can relax in peace and quiet, with the most amazing smell of the trees around you, and yet still close to beautiful beaches, amazing shopps and restaurants, i absolutely recommend this place it is truly heaven on earth. One of the best private Resort/Vilas in Polycrhono, for nice family vacation, with amazing pool, verry hot best for swiming for kids. Evrything here is brand new, amazing furniture, kitchen with evrything you need to feel like home.
