Kondilw Rooms — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

We felt very good here. First of all, the room was renovated (although the pictures from booking are of the unrenovated room), which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was also very clean, having everything needed, including the electric stove, fridge and sink. The hosts cleaned the room and changed our towels. The hosts were also very welcoming and friendly, helping us with all the necessary information about the island. It should be mentioned that before the holiday, I sent a small amount of money by bank transfer, at the request of the hosts, with the title of reservation deposit (this is a common practice in Greece). Compared to the price paid, the quality-price ratio is excellent. I recommend with all confidence. It also has parking opposite the property. The attached pictures are made before leaving, that's why there is a little mess...

Good quality to value ratio. I've been in 2 rooms there - liked both of them. Clean and pleasant. Air condition - not needed during my stay, TV - broken in one room, no channels in the second one (wife was in the seventh heaven because of that). Nice but small toilets (a long waiting for hot water, no problem because of hot weather). Large or moderate size rooms, wardrobe - one large and many small ones. Mosquito net on the door too balcony. Fridge. Stove in one of two rooms I've been. Two mirrors - one in the room, one in the bathroom. Orchardlike surroundings of the building - great atmosphere. Parkings outside the facility. One parking fire 4-5 cars concrete, the second one in the orchard (shadow!) on the slope...

The room was okay and the location is great. BUT the bathroom overflowed after we showered and the waters went out to the room. We were lucky that we didn't have any "sensitive" things on the floor. I am quite sure that they aren aware of the issue since i can tell that the bathroom's door has already absorbed a lot af water on its bottom. The tv didn't work and the water's temperature was just tolerable for showering. During night it seems that there's noone around in case you need sth. There is no breakfast included which is fine, but in most cases in other places at least they offer a plain coffee in the morning. It's not terrible but i feel thay even the 45euros per night was a lot for what i got...
