This hotel is certainly not a 5 star! ||Room - |We had booked a triple room for 3 adults - which turned out to be a double bed and what seemed like a child pop up bed. After speaking with reception and hoping to be moved to something more suitable we was told a move was possible and it would be to a room that had a double bed and a sofa bed for an addional 90 Euros per night with no real difference other than a sofa bed over a pop up bed! We kindly declined... ||Our rooms were always clean and made up well everyday.||Restaurants - ||The food was absolutely appalling! ||After one meal in the lounge, one by the pool and breakfast they were all just terrible! Nowhere near 5 star standards!|In the lounge we had a toasted sandwich - I wish we had taken a photo to just show how awful it really was. |We then ate out for the rest of our holiday - the restaurants outside the hotel were lovely thankfully! ||The suprise water leak - ||The hotel had some sort of water leak that we was not informed about! The carpets in the hallway up to the rooms were just wet through with a damp smell lingering and by the looks of it the leak has been ongoing for a while.||There were also all cracks in the ceiling along the corridor- wether this was in connection to the leak I don't know.||Swimming Pool - ||The outdoor pool was lovely, the area was clean, pool bar staff were friendly and the cocktails were great. ||Overall, I would say the hotel is more of a 3 star from my experience. I am so disappointed with our stay and for the amount this cost us to go in the heat of summer - it should have been/gone alot differently.||I hope this helps if you are looking to book your stay here, along with it helping the hotel take note of ways they can try to make some...
Read moreArea surrounding casino looks like its war torn. The city must do something to clean up the area. Casino needs some attention. Old broken slot machines and ripped up and broken seats. Casino entry and lines are a hassle. Back home the Loutraki casino would rate below a truck stop. Again the city should do something about the immediate area. The casino is trying but the city is not helping make the area attractive to tourist. Rooms were very comfortable and clean but a bit small. Big TV and many channels was a plus. Food options and quality at buffet was bad. The small store is hardly open. Imagine waiting for someone to show up to open a store an hour late. I counted four dogs sleeping and wandering at the entrance. Nothing new as I've seen dogs at the entry for several weeks. Mascots? Pool area is nice and food served outdoors was pretty good. I would stay there again but I wouldnt eat at either buffet. It is way overpriced and the food not so good. The city should show it's appreciation for having such a resort in the area. Loutraki used to be one of the cleanest and nicest places to spend the summer. Maybe if the city helped out the casino will make an effort to upgrade the site. Underground parking ceiling is very low. I've never seen such a thing. Broken elevators and toilets. A little attention is all that's needed. Not too much. The city has lots...
Read moreWe stayed at Club Hotel Casino Loutraki last month for a weekend getaway with my mum and booked the spa package, which included 3 treatments each, and it was worth every moment. The spa centre was truly fantastic, and the team there took such great care of us – a heartfelt thank you to Stamatis, Andriana, Elena, Pavlina, Betty, Matilda, Olta, and Vasiliki for making our stay extra special. Their warmth and professionalism turned our treatments into the highlight of our trip.||The hotel itself is large and beautifully spread out, so you’d never guess it was fully booked until breakfast time! Our room was spotless, with a very spacious bathroom, and the whole property was clearly well-maintained. We loved the choice of indoor and outdoor pools, and the beach right in front of the hotel was lovely – with sunbeds and umbrellas available, plus a few organised activities. Breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of delicious options, and the Oceanos restaurant was a real treat, with gourmet dishes and balcony tables overlooking the sea.||While everything about the hotel was excellent, it was really the people who made our stay memorable. From reception and housekeeping to the casino staff and the restaurant teams, everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional.|We left feeling relaxed, well looked after, and already planning our next visit....
