Ωμέγα 3 — Restaurant in Loutraki-Perachora-Agioi Theodoroi Municipality

It’s a good seafood place. However, I have to admit that my experience this year wasn’t as good as last year. For four portions of food, we paid the staggering amount of over €70 — without any drinks or soft beverages! Specifically, three portions of tagliatelle with smoked salmon (the usual packaged kind) and one paella. I must admit that the flavors were excellent.

That said, the service was disappointing, as we didn’t feel taken care of — rather, it felt rushed. I don’t believe this is typical for this restaurant, and my overall impression of the place is still very positive.

I do hope that the prices become more reasonable, at least for non-fresh items, and that the service improves to meet last year’s standards.

Right on the seafront, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Service was very attentive and friendly from start to finish.

The food was fresh and well-prepared, with decent portions. Personal favorites were the salad with real crab (lots of fresh crab meat, perfectly dressed) and the mussels in saffron sauce—aromatic and full of flavor. Our son was thrilled to find a separate Japanese menu and loved the roll he chose; a rare find in this area and a great addition to the classic Mediterranean seafood lineup.

Prices are mid-range, and the quality and portion size make it good value. Overall, an excellent choice for seafood...

Amazing seafood place. The ambience is very chic, and the waiters are very friendly but it is the food that is most amazing. The plates are very big and the prices very good. It is not the typical greek food restaurant, it is more sofisticated. We had sea urching salad (super fresh and savoury), the mixed platter of smoked fish (amazing variety and quantity), and the sea food pasta (very tasty too and the pasta was in its best cook time). And we had the house wine wich was very nice too for being a house wine. For us, it was the best restaurant we have tried in all the Peloponese. Highly recommendable. Would come...
