Hapimag Resort Damnoni — Hotel in Municipality of Agios Vasileios

this hapimag resort is awesome. it has a nearly privat beach with sunshades and sun lounger for free. the people of the hapimag resort are very kind and are always happy to answer any questions.

the apartments offer spacious living room(s) and if you have one of the bigger apartments also a sleeping room. our apartment had a washing machine, two coffee machines and of course a fully equipped kitchen. our apartment gave us an incredible view of the ocean.

they also offer two tennis courts, a football and a basketball field and much more.

the only thing that is bothering me - the apartments are kinda old-fashioned like the hapimag resort albufeira. i would like a lot that hapimag starts renovating their resorts. this would make hapimag a better place for a younger generation.

but the resort itself is in a good shape.

the tap water contains a lot of chlorine, which i don’t get along well with.

My mum and stepdad are having an amazing time at the resort. I have not been there myself, so can not comment on the resort itself. But I would love to give a big thumbs up for the (customer) service. As I had emailed them a few days before mothers day to see if they could surprise my mother. They were very happy to do so and came up with a few good ideas. I emailed back what I preferred, but they had not received my email. They called me (all the way to Australia) to ask if I had made a decision, which is amazing service! They arranged a beautiful breakfast with a heart cake, flowers, champagne and a massage voucher. We were in Hapimag Damnoni for the first time and we really enjoyed our stay. The service was always incredible and our wishes were immediately taken care of. The rooms are spacious and clean with a great view at the Mediterranean Sea. The facilities are great and I personally admired the architecture and the gardens. The service at the restaurant was excellent and also the menu, with a lot of Cretan traditional but also vegan and vegetarian options. Our little daughter took part at the Kid Club activities and had fun, while in the meantime we enjoyed the pool, sauna, massages and even fitness options!
