The Blue Villa

The villa is on the hillside with breathtaking views of Georgioupolis and the sea. The walk into Georgioupolis is downhill and takes around 15 minutes. The walk back can be steep in places so we always choose to get a taxi back which costs around 5 Euros from the village’s main square. The evening we first arrived at the villa there was a full bowl of fresh fruit, several bottles of wine and bottles of water to greet us.

The villa itself is luxurious with air conditioning in both bedrooms and also in the lounge. Both the ground floor and the first floor have plenty of windows which gives a light and airy feel to the living space. There are two single beds in each bedroom and two sofa beds in the open-plan lounge. Outside there are two large tables with enough chairs for 6 to sit around them comfortably. By the pool, there are 4 sun loungers, 2 small tables and 2 umbrellas and there are more sun loungers on the grassed terraces. Most evenings we would get visitors in the form of a pair of goats and sometimes sheep feeding on the sweet grass on the terraces. If they were undisturbed they would have their fill and sometimes drink from the pool which added to the charm of the place and the enjoyment of our holiday. All in all, we had a fantastic time at the villa and we cannot recommend it...

Me and my friends were amongst the first ever visitors of this villa! The house is located in an amazing spot with breathtaking view. It was important that the villa had a well constructed road and parking space, both things essential. Moreover, the family was always available if we needed something! For me, the most significant thing, however, was that it was very very CLEAN. So we did not worry at all and could enjoy our bath in the quiet and beautiful pool! Totally...
