When we arrived for our holiday we were trailing the beaches for a sunbed and place to set up for the day, we noticed signs on some of the parasols for drinks from this taverna, we popped in and were immediately greeted with a smile and open arms by their waiter by the name of Markous. He informed us that if we grab ourselves a spot on one of their sunbeds he'll pop down to take our order. We were met with great and efficient service, our cocktails were amazing and we're essentially a show with the amount of decor on them! I asked for a Blue Lagoon and although it wasn't on the menu Markous went out of his way to make these for me throughout our stay. This has been our 'local' whilst staying here and Markous has remembered our orders and names for the last 7 days, always ensuring we never go without a drink in hand and a tasty meal. The food is impeccable and you get more than you could wish for. The prices are great for what you get and the service you receive. This is the best hotel is Georgiopolis.. The owner Makis and his family run a tight ship....they will go out of their way to make your holiday memorable.. Extremely clean and spacious apartments , the food is amazing. We have tried lots of the restaurants here in the past but they're not a touch on the Sunlight restaurant. The chef Pedro's is first class!!!! They have their own sunbeds directly in front of the hotel. If you buys a drink they are free. They have a drink/food ordering service, where your food can be bought straight to your sunbeds The view and location are unbeatable.. This is our third visit to Georgiopolis and our second stay at Sunlight. Cannot praise the place enough..my teenage daughter loves it here, as does my elderly mother.. Something here for everyone.
