NEK Suites - Adults Only — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

We had an incredible stay at Nek Suites - I was slightly worried at the lack of tripadvisor reviews but on Booking.com (where I booked) there was many glowing reviews so went ahead.||The apartments are stunning, very clean and modern - full kitchen, shower is 10/10, balcony, the bed is one of the best hotel beds we’ve stayed in - my partner and I slept like babies! Full aircon upstairs and down, plenty of closet space (and hangers) for us both. WiFi, TV - I could go on!||The pool area was bigger than I was expecting with lovely outside beds. It’s a quiet area and many of the other guests were similar to us, adult couples ages around 25-45 I would guess. There’s street parking available. It’s a 10 minute drive into town.||24 hour check in was great for us as we arrived late. Athena was very helpful and kept the rooms spotless.||Highly recommend trying the cafes nearby - Carte Postale and Koukouvaya (our favourite) have incredible views....

We had a wonderful stay The location is perfect: only about 10 minutes by car from Chania’s main port and ideal if you want to visit Balos or Elafonissi beach (about 1 to 1.5 hours away). The suites are spotless and very well maintained, with daily cleaning from the owners which keeps everything immaculate. The pool is lovely in the evening if you feel like a romantic swim. Just a short walk away, there’s the restaurant Carte Postale – a great spot to grab a drink while enjoying the view – and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby as well. The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described—everything looked newly renovated and very well maintained.

Athina, the cleaning lady, was fantastic. Not only did she keep the place spotless, but she also shared some great local tips that really enhanced our stay.

We had a minor issue during our visit and contacted the owner (Nikos), who showed up within 10 minutes—super quick and helpful!
