Green Hill Studios & Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Eastern Samos

My wife and i stayed at the Green Hill Studios on our recent trip to Samos and were quite disappointed. The location is right on Kokkari beach and the owner was very polite and helpful but that is where the positives stop. There place is family run so there is no Reception, no activities, facilities etc.||||The room was very basic, a small TV in the corner, old furniture, NO Air Conditioning and bathroom was very archaic (no stand up shower). No room service apart from sheets get changed once a week. And it is also quite over priced.||||If this place was modernized it would the perfect place. Even though our host was very helpful, he would do himself a huge favour if he installed AC to all the rooms, new furniture and decor and at least a descent TV. Yorgos, the owner is a Samos born Kokkari local and resident. He hires from the from his neigbors. He keeps room clean and passes his time mostly around the apartments. Rooms are good, A/C is working. Water drain at the bath is not draining properly though it dries away after an hour. Yorgos tries to improve the quality and assists in every way you need.
