We pretty much liked about everything here!||||Breakfast was absolutely delicious: great choice, fresh produce, nicely presented and well-organised. The staff at breakfast were particularly friendly and helpful. ||||The location of the hotel is just about perfect, although this can make it a bit tricky to find a parking space (but that's to be expected in such a central location). ||||The room was spacious enough and the bathroom big and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly, too. ||||The only thing which stopped me from giving the maximum points is the fact that one gentleman at reception would neither wear a mask nor keep some distance whenever talking to us, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Pleasant hotel in Ierapetra, Crete, Greece. Fantastic sea view from the balcony. Good breakfast in the terrace in front of the promenade.Very nice staff. Public free parking but not always easy to find. However, we do not have serious problems to find available places nearby during our stay in September. In my opinion the terrace should have more shadow because in the morning most of the tables get sun and for me is not very pleasant but we can always have a table inside in the shadow and get almost the same view than in the terrace. The worst place I have ever experienced. To be honest inside of the hotel is cold meaning not cosy but okayish but it stops here, everything around is so horrible that I have à panic attack. Even the sea view if you look straight ahead, it is ok because you see only the sea, but cannot turn your head right or left because it is so ugly and sad. i don’t want to stay here but no refund is possible. Our holidays are destroyed by these last 5 days after 10 days spent in other wonderful hotels. Don’t make the same...
