Motel Gorgona — Hotel in Municipality of Ierapetra

Our room was made up of two rooms: bedroom and kitchen, so felt very spacious. Balcony. Larger shower than expected! (having traveled around Crete.) Very close to waterfront, beaches, restaurants and ice cream bars. Free public parking outside. Obviously use insect killer in the cleaning products- very effective idea for a country where bugs are inevitable. Streets have rustic feel despite being a working town.||||Host took a while to greet us, though this was understandable as he was on the roof building an extension of some sort! If driving into this location, beware of the one-way road system in the city. Took us a good 30 minutes to find a route in, so plan ahead!||||All in all, excellent value for...

Viajamos 4 personas y cuando llegamos a la puerta del Hotel, nos comunicaron que el Gorgona ya estaba completo y que teníamos que alojarnos en el que estaba en frente...que también era suyo...no era un apartamento para 4 con terraza...eran 2 habitaciones con muebles y colchones muy antiguos, sin terraza y un baño poco cuidado. Fumaron en la habitación mientras nos lo enseñaban y nos solicitaron el dinero en la puerta sin habernos enseñado las habitaciones. Una situación...
