Boathouse — Hotel in Municipality of Kos

New business needs some alterations. On arrival we weren’t met by anyone and eventually my wife realised we had to phone the owner in his other business down the road.|We got allocated the middle apartment downstairs. The apartment was very clean on arrival.|Some positives.|Nice walk in shower.|Lovely sea views.|Great location for bars and restaurants.|Sun beds outside with access to beach (if you buy from the owners bar or restaurant, different business)|TV with Netflix.|Plunge pool||Some Negatives.|Plugs are in wrong places and only one in the kitchen area.|Kitchen side painted which isn’t ideal to clean.|Bathroom paint peeling from shower.|No proper seats only benches inside and out.|Bed is on a floor type set up which if you have mobility problems you could find a problem.|Plunge Pool next door made a noise due to mechanical problem which was addressed.|Fridge noise was right next to bed.|TV on bedroom so we didn’t use it really at all.||In summary it was a great experience. I have a feeling this was rushed to open and owner will address issues in the winter months.|Definitely needs seating outside to relax the bench idea was not...

This is our 4th time in Kos and this is the 3rd time we preferred to stay in Boathouse. It is only 5-10 meters away from the sea and it also includes the sunbeds and jakuzi in front of the room, this gives you flexibility during the day, you dont need to make an effort to go to sea. You can buy whatever you want from the shops nearby and it will be very nice to eat/drink while watching the great view. I highly recommend this hotel and I bet you will...
