This was one of the best accommodations I have stayed in! It's a 10 minute bus ride for 2.30 Euros or taxi for around 17 Euros from the airport and the apartments are centrally located in a lovely jasmine lined street in Kardamena. The bars, restaurants, seafront, bus stop and local supermarket are all within a 5 minute walk but the surrounding area of the apartments is very quiet and relaxing.|The apartments have recently been refurbished to a very high standard with a lovely tiled bathroom, where the shower has great water pressure and hot water. The clothes storage space is very adequate with a safe installed for free and there is a kitchenette with a full compliment of crockery & cutlery, pans etc and a fridge. There is also a nice dining table & chairs as well as a balcony table & chairs. The bed (ours was a large double) was extremely comfortable with a high standard mattress and pillows and the crisp cotton sheets were regularly changed as well as the towels. The room also has a very quiet ceiling fan (which we used mostly) as well as air-conditioning for those that like it. The bathroom and balcony door has anti-mosquito netting. The rooms are looked after daily by 2 lovely chambermaids who both speak English and are very helpful as well as being smiling and cheerful.|The pool area, which is open 9am-6pm, is very elegantly furnished with lovely sunbeds which have comfortable mattresses and permanent umbrellas. There is also a shaded dining area for a whole range of tasty snacks and drinks which are available from the pool bar. The good thing is 'time' is not an issue, if you want a full English breakfast at 1pm like we did, or a tasty club sandwich and a beer by the pool at any time, its available and Yianni (the owner) is a mind of useful information on the local area as well as being a really nice and helpful person, who also has some lovely music to listen to by the pool.|Using the local bus we visited Kos Town, Mastichari and the airport. We booked at a local office for the sunset evening in Zia and to visit Kefalos. We also went to Nissyros volcano island on the nearby boats.|On the whole, I would highly recommend staying in this accommodation as we had an amazing, totally...
Read moreWe had a great stay here, we overlapped with friends who also stayed here. These apartments have all you need for a comfortable stay and can’t do enough for you. The apartments are spacious enough with a table and chairs, kettle, fridge, washing up liquid and all the crockery and utensils you need and the supermarket is not far away for stocking up with supplies. Hair dryer is ok for abroad but I would Take your own shower gel/shampoo etc . The pool area is great, big posh sunbeds and a nice seating area and the beach is literally 2 blocks away and no more than a 5 minute walk. They have bigger apartments too - 2 bedroom for 4 people and 2 bedrooms with sofa bed for 6 people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these apartments and we will definitely be back! Thanks for a lovely stay and a big shout out to the lovely ladies who cleaned our room every day, they worked so hard and our room was spotless! Thanks again, see...
Read moreClean functional and nicely positioned. Unfortunately when we turned up at 23.30pm there was nobody to meet us and the place was in darkness. There’s no obvious reception area and we had told them in previous correspondence of our arrival time. Due to illness In the previous 24 hours we needed peace and quiet and a good nights sleep but we had to sit on the steps waiting for entry with the help of our taxi driver who very helpfully rang the owner for assistance. He waited until we were safely in our room. When the staff finally arrived they were polite but they didn’t mention where we could take breakfast and they gave us the wrong times anyway. The rooms are excellent but we were disappointed with the lack of...
