Level Houses — Hotel in Municipality of Kos

We were so delighted with this remarkable little place that we stayed 4 nights rather than two. It cost just $33/night Canadian (25 euros). You'll need a car to get around, however. And make sure you find out exactly how to get to it; even though it is only a few hundred metres from the sea wall and its array of decent restaurants, almost no one could help us find it. See other reviews re the three-level design of each of the units (there are only 6); the unbeatable friendliness of the hostess; and her brief little visits with still-warm baked goods if she sees you sitting out on either the open back patio or covered front porch. Easy free parking; olive trees, roses, oleander abound; excellent A/C and plumbing. But a very tiny bathroom and shower. Overall: fabulous. PS: be aware that you will be at the far west end of Kos island, way past the airport even; the good news is that there's NO noise, traffic, or yob factor; and there's a comfortable, perfect, isolated, all nude deep-sand beach just down the road...

We have been in Level house for one week (August 2015, 2nd-9th) and our stay was very nice.||We are 2 adult couples.||The apartments are clean, with nice garden in the back where we had breakfast and a small terrace in front.||There is also the possibility to park the car in the courtyard and wifi is free and works well.||All around olive trees.||Mrs Pertica and his family are perfect guests. Mrs Pertica let us find some home made cakes and tomatoes on our arrival and during our stay.||They also called us a taxi to came back to airport.||Apartments are close to the village so you can easily reach restaurant on foot.||You can also easily reach (on footh) beaches.||The sea is very clean.....and calm (wind and waves are in the other side!).||If we will be back again in Kos, we will surely return to...

Stayed for 11 nights at this charming apartment surrounded by trees and plants. Pity it wasn’t for longer as this place is set in a very quiet secluded place..the apartments are adequately equipped for self catering but there are so many restaurants around you are spoiled for choice.|Apartments are spotless.. free air conditioning and free wifi.|Lovely hosts and Mama cooks up her delicious delicacies and leaves them in your apartment on your return from your days out which were a lovely surprise.|Loved our late night drinks on the balcony watching stars.|Morning cups of tea and toast at the back terrace talking to the other guest were delight.|Definitely will go back and I can’t recommend this place...
