Liogerma — Hotel in Municipality of Milos

Excellent stay in Milos at Liogerma|Arrived early 8am|Left luggage in storage and went exploring island|Reception mentioned winds the next four days and said best to go visit|Sarakiniko beach , we did this excellent choice . Given timetables of Islands buses and allowed use of beach equipment we borrowed an umbrella .||Returned later checked in given room 203|Lovely room|Nice balcony area , air con excellent , safe excellent old fashioned with a key . Room big enough got great sleep as no noise and a comfortable bed.|Shower red hot or ice cold you choose water pressure excellent|Room cleaned many times|Breakfast loads to chose from|Cakes pastries excellent|We told reception we where checking out early 7:30am as ferry at 08:00am|Lady brought breakfast start back to 07:15am for us ,very nice of Liogerma to do this .|Overall excellent stay quiet area , pool area round back nice swim when returning from your day out|Staff all very helpful|Would recommend to others|Lovely...

Very bad experience! The hotel is very run-down from the outside and inside.. a strong smell in the corridors and in the rooms . The rooms urgently requires renovation, ours had holes in the wall in the bathroom. The walls are so thin, me and my husband were talking at regular volume in our room around 11pm and the people next door banged very aggressively to our wall.. we don’t expect to be silently asleep by 9pm on holiday !! The lady at reception was nice at first but as soon as we said we wanted to leave she changed her attitude and started to be patronising and did nothing to help us with the situation. We simply couldn’t stay at that hotel, so we decided to leave and get another hotel . We lost our money as nothing was refunded but we rather lose money then stay another night in this hotel . Definitely not worth the price and bad service...

Marilena is absolutely lovely, she goes above and beyond. Really friendly and helpful and cares about her guests. Really appreciated the thought she puts into room allocation and I added an extra ‘point’ on for that! |The hotel is in an excellent location and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Room was clean.|But, it is in serious need of updating. I couldn’t put my clothes in the wardrobe as it had a musty smell. The water pressure and temperature wasn’t great so showers were a trial and you could hear the waterworks from other rooms or the pipes. ||All in all I enjoyed my holiday to Milos but would love to see this hotel updated as it could be...
