Buddha-Bar Beach Milos — Restaurant in Municipality of Milos

A beautiful little beach just around the corner from the pier. Saw other comments that said dirty, but don't know what they mean. Like most beaches it has a mix of Sand and small gravel. Cannot beat the location, only a 5 minute walk from the pier. The food is great, service fast, very obliging. 30 euros didn't seem outlandish given the beautiful facilities, nice w/c, short walk from port,etc. Also you can easily see the tenders from the cruise ship to time your return to the pier to get back to the ship. As another benefit, there are 5G towers on the hill overlooking the beach so connectivity is excellent! All in all a nice place to spend the day! The only minor downside is the end closest to the port is used like a standby area for transfer drivers (local taxis) and that can create a bit of background noise some may not like. Easy enough to pick a spot further...

We stopped by Buddha-Bar Beach for just a few hours before catching our ferry—and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived: super friendly, warm, and genuinely attentive. We even got to meet the owner, who welcomed us with complimentary shots (such a lovely touch!).

The views are absolutely stunning—classic Milos coastline vibes, perfect for a final drink or a full afternoon of lounging. They serve ice-cold draft beer, a great selection of cocktails, and host events like pre-wedding parties (which we can totally see being an unforgettable experience here).

It’s just a short walk from the pier, making it a perfect pre-ferry hangout spot. We left feeling like we’d just discovered one of Milos’ hidden gems. Can’t recommend it enough—Buddha...

From the moment you step in, you're greeted with an air of pretentiousness that sadly does not translate into the food. The portions are laughably small—think of them as overpriced appetizers that barely qualify as a snack. But don't worry, you're not missing out because the taste is just as disappointing. Bland, uninspired, and often overcooked, each dish seems like an insult to your taste buds. To add salt to the wound, the prices are absurd. You'll leave feeling both hungry and robbed.
