This restaurant became our go to place when in Adamantas. It was pretty full come meal time but we always managed to find a table. The waiters were nice and fast to take and bring our order. Comparing to other places where I had mousaka and taramosalata, this was way better. In the mousaka I could taste all ingredients - eggplants, potatoes, mincemeat sauce and a light and airy bechamel that did not overpower the rest (a bit saltier though). Taramosalata is best to be enjoyed on bread as a spread. Eggplant salad is also best enjoyed on fresh bread and it is not unusual to have it cold. I also really liked the lamb with lemon sauce, the sauce was very light and tasty, I would reorder it anytime. I do not understand reviews where they complain these are already prepared. It is normal to cook a big tray of mousaka all at once. It is also normal to make eggplant salad beforehand and keep it fresh in the fridge like the locals do. These meals take time, who would want to wait one hour or more for these to be ready?

I ate here with my fiance right after we dropped our stuff at the hotel. It was around lunch time, noonish, and was quiet. The view is pretty, you can see the boats docked, the ferries coming in and going. The staff was attentive, and courteous. Bread is served first before food comes out. They had some meatless options, I got potatoes with artichoke hearts and a salad with feta. Booth were really good, in love feta cheese. Price was reasonable. My only suggestion, as it would be for many restaurants in Greece and around the world, would be to limit or eliminate the use of straws. They were put in my coffee before I could have an option to say no to the straw. As beautiful as Greece is, I did notice litter, so if the restaurants all stopped single use items, I think it help reduce the amount of litter. And this is a worldwide issue, but the changes always start small. But yes, I highly recommend this restaurant!!

We had some greens and salads which were nice. We had a very small (180g) red mullet grilled for 10 euros which was ok. The total turnoff was a dish called “cuttlefish and macaroni stew” . Half of the pasta was soggy and the other half was so dry that we couldn’t chew on it. The cuttlefish also looks old. It looked as if the dish was leftover and has dried out... I asked the waiter and his explanation was the food was cooked in the oven and was definitely fresh. If that’s the case then this dish follows a very strange recipe..... my lunch box at work (which mostly consists of leftovers from the previous day) looks much prettier than this dish that costs 12 euros. Initially we wanted another dish which was unavailable and the waiter recommended this one (now I wonder why). After we asked about this dish, the waiters started to ignore us.

5 star by EU standards from an American fine dining server with 10 years experience, before I became an engineer.

Clear, obvious and strong desire to make the customer happy at all costs, that's 90% of the battle. The server remembered my order from the day before... thats impressive and a nice touch, not expected... bonus points.

Excellent food... lamb over linguine was excellent... the meatballs are traditional Greek but they elongate them which was clever and an improvement on ancient recipes, which can be difficult to achieve... like the French baguette improved bread for everone, these guys improved the meatball.

Seems there were 3 wifi networks with the name flisvos, couldn't get any to work with the password on the table the second time I went but phone was dieing anyway... recommend simplifying down to 1 network... if a computer engineer couldn't get it, others will have a harder time... worked fine first time I went. No worries... keep it up... shoot for perfection, you will feel good when you achieve it from time to...

Great eatery on the sea front of Adamas, Milos. Take a seat and choose from the menu in the safe knowledge that what the prices says it is then that is what you're going to pay. Only the Lamb was given as a price per gram so they give fair warning if the price is going to change. Both my wife and I had the steak & fries and although the size of the steak wasn't given we took a chance. We need not have worried though as both steaks were of ample size and the amount of chips matched the steak portion. Service is good although it appears that the restaurant is run by some ageing family so give them a little time and they will get to you. The younger waiter speak excellent English so he came to take our order. The meal itself was delicious and the steak had great flavour (often disappointed with other restaurants and bland tasting steaks) so would recommend to everyone. As a side note, the menu catered for all tastes not just...
