Mykonos Panormos Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Mykonos

We spent 4 nights here and wished we had booked for a longer time. We had a superb time here, with all the staff providing a perfect stay where we couldn't have asked for more.

The superior suite we were given was enormous. We had a massive outside area with our own pool, while the internal space consisted of a sitting area, a bedroom and shower/wet room and separate toilet and everywhere was just simply big!

Food was amazing. We were lucky to have breakfast served at our suite as opposed to the usual buffet as there were so few guests as it was something else. We had greek yogurt with honey and walnuts, fresh fruit cut into pieces, fresh greek pastries and bread with jams etc, perfectly cooked eggs, fresh orange juice, hot tea. Then we were given 'a few snacks' for lunch one day in compensation for our pool being cloudy. This wasn't a few snacks, but a feast of gourmet greek dishes, with a variety of fish and meat as well as a Greek salad. All food was very fresh and of a high quality.

The management and the food team were brilliant, while the housekeeping girls kept the place immaculate.

It's in a fairly remote area and roads can be a bit tricky if you have a hire car. The beach is within walking distance, with large beach club and restaurant - as well as cows when humans vacate the beach in the evening! There's also a very good restaurant called kikis tavern nearby, although I wouldn't recommend walking to that. A good supermarket lies a 5 minutes drive in the other direction as does a decent bakery as bit further.

DO NOT STAY HERE.Disappointing Stay with Serious Security Concerns

This stay fell far below my expectations, primarily due to severe security issues. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the property was not as secure as it should have been.

During my stay, I went out for the evening to explore the local area, only to return to a shocking discovery: I had been robbed. My belongings were scattered, and several valuable items were missing. It was a deeply unsettling experience, and I couldn’t shake the feeling of vulnerability.

When I reached out to the host to report the incident, their response was far from reassuring. Instead of offering support or solutions, I felt dismissed. It was clear that the safety of their guests was not a priority. It was very obvious that the management was somehow involved.

The lack of proper security measures made what could have been an enjoyable vacation a nightmare. I urge anyone considering this property to think twice. No amount of charm or amenities can make up for the feeling of being unsafe. I hope the host takes these issues seriously, as I would not want anyone else to experience what I...

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. In our villa and room there was no mirror at all, not even in the bathroom! We were not informed that there would be only two bathrooms for six people. The cleaning service was terrible: we found hair on the bed, towels and bed linen were rarely changed, and even the cleaning that was supposed to happen every two days was done late in the evening with long delays. Everything felt dirty and unprofessional.

We were also not provided with toothbrushes, and there were no bathrobes in the villa.

The biggest absurdity was the breakfast. We were clearly told it would be served between 9 and 10 a.m., but in reality, it was delivered at 11 or even 12, with huge delays. This is completely unacceptable.

Expectations and reality were completely different. The photos shown on Google and Booking are nothing like what we actually got. Maybe other villas are better, but ours was simply awful. I absolutely do not...
