From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and welcoming smiles. Maria, the Operations Manager, was absolutely outstanding professional, kind, cheerful, and attentive to every detail. She made sure everything was perfectly organized and that we felt truly cared for throughout our stay.

Every member of the staff from the restaurant and dining team to the housekeeping staff and pool attendants was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, courteous, professional, and always available to assist with a smile. The level of service here is truly beyond expectations.

The hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and incredibly comfortable every detail has been carefully thought out to provide a luxurious and relaxing experience. The pool area is pristine and beautifully maintained, and the view from both the pool and the hotel is simply breathtaking — in our opinion, it’s the most beautiful beach in Mykonos! 🌊☀️

Breakfast was rich, delicious, and beautifully presented, offering a wide selection of fresh and high-quality options. Everything was spotless and perfectly arranged, even though it was the very last day of the season. Up until the moment we checked out, the staff continued to provide impeccable service with genuine care and attention.

And one more detail that truly reflects the hotel’s honesty and professionalism after we left, the hotel reached out to inform us that we had forgotten our camera in the room. The staff kept it safe and made sure we could return to pick it up, which deeply impressed us.

We came here on our honeymoon and spend a lot of money to be able to chill out in calm surroundings with our own private pool. We read the information about the hotel carefully before booking and there was no information about the hotel being right next to a busy and LOUD beach club. We arrived at around 4pm and the music from the beach club was very bad until about 10pm. We asked the hotel if it was like that everyday and they told me that it could get alot worse and that it could start as early as 11am. They also told me that they call the police regularly because of this problem. Despite all this it is not mentioned in their description. If we knew that the hotel was right next to this we would never have booked it. It is not there fault they are right next to it but it is their duty to market their place correctly. This information should be in the description, just like other hotels inform about noisy buildingworks in theirs. As we didnt want to stay, we asked for a refund but we were met with little understanding from the owner and they wouldnt refund anything despite us leaving the same night. We therefore ended up paying for 3 nights we didnt stay. Due to us spending all of our money on this hotel we ended up cancelling our honeymoon and went back home to Norway as the loud music was unbearable. Thank you for ruining our honeymoon and showing no understanding. We have stayed at several 4-5 star hotels, mostly very happy with our stay but the few times we havent been the hotel has been amazing at compensating us with either a full refund or a partial refund.
